Deployment fees are not gas fees. I don’t see any deployment fees in MetaMask. Just because of that I am deleting that app, lack of transparency. So I tried to send 0.01 ETH from another wallet and fees was 21 USD… So now cannot use my Pillar wallet and my poor few ETH are blocked. In total I’ve paid out over £60 in the past year in fees to move money about for the app not for my own needs. HUGE REGRETS. ### 1/5 — Costly & Convoluted *2020-09-14, version 2.19.2* I was using pillar fine for about a year until they introduced the concept of “smart wallet” which blocks you from accessing any funds stored in your original key based wallet. You’re forced to pay transaction fees between the two wallets on pillars own network to get any key based funds into a smart wallet where you can THEN make external transfers. There aren’t clear instructions within the app even how to do this. I had to contact pillar support for help. Being dependent on a central 3rd party is the entire point blockchain aims to solve, so this was quite the frustrating experience. I will delete pillar and not return. ### 1/5 — Very very high fees!! *2020-06-08, version 2.8.0* Omg I’m reading the reviews and I’m saying what the hell!!! Is this people fake or stupids? The transactions fees is very very high and you have to have pLR to pay the fees trust me avoid it if you ask me I tried to put small amount to test it but is rubbish For example if you exchange amount with £15 you will pay fees £11 in PLR very stupid.
