I tend to tell myself “I should take my meds” and then proceeds to get distracted. I really like the layout of the app and especially the fact I can invite someone to join my tracking journey. It allows me to have a second pair of eyes in case I forgot and it reassures my spouse I’m on top of everything. (They used to be my reminder now and they can just relax!).
