Set custom times and weekdays for medications, vitamins, and supplements. See today's doses, record each dose, and review seven days of history—all without creating an account.

Create your own plans with one or more reminder times. Choose the weekdays for each plan. Reminder times follow your device's current time zone.

Mark doses as taken or missed, or snooze them for later. See today's progress and review the most recent seven days.

ONE TAP FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN
An optional one-time purchase unlocks Home Screen widgets. Keep today's dose board visible and check off a dose directly from the widget, without repeatedly opening Pillio. No subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.

FREE CORE. PRIVATE BY DESIGN.
Medication plans, reminders, dose logging, and seven-day history are free. No account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Plans and records stay on your device.

Pillio is a reminder and checkoff log, not a medical decision tool. It does not calculate dosages. Notification delivery depends on iOS permissions, Focus, Notification Summary, device state, and system scheduling; exact-time delivery is not guaranteed. Always follow your clinician's instructions and medication labels.
