## What is PillMe?

Medication routines can be complicated. PillMe helps you organize medicines, reminders, refill stock, and caregiver follow-up in one private app.

With PillMe you can:
- Add medicines, schedules, and refill details
- Get dose reminders and mark doses as taken, skipped, or missed
- Track how much medicine is left and view refill history
- Invite a caregiver who can be alerted if a dose is missed
- See possible interaction warnings as a prompt to check with a clinician or pharmacist

Cross-device sync now reliably carries every medication, dose, health diary entry, refill event, and caregiver setting between signed-in devices — sign in on any device and your data restores. Three new layers of backup safety so your medication list survives app updates: automatic versioned local archive, passive iCloud backup on every app switch (no setup needed), and corruption-aware decode that auto-recovers your last good state. Confirmation prompts on every destructive action (Import, Restore, Delete) show exactly what will change before you tap. Honest caregiver alert wording with a Background App Refresh check.
