Unfortunately, there is no appropriate option available on the WhatsApp support chat to report or resolve this issue. I have been trying to contact your Help Desk/Customer Care since last night, but my calls are either unanswered or get automatically disconnected with an IVR message saying that the service is currently unavailable and asking me to call again later. This is a serious issue, especially as it involves medicines. I need an immediate resolution, including replacement with the correct medicine or a full refund. Please arrange a callback from your customer-care team at the earliest and resolve this issue on priority. I have retained the delivered medicine, packaging and order details for verification. Order No. #OFMSYR42LH ### 1/5 — Pathetic app and wrong delivery time commitment *2026-06-08, version 3.37* I have used this app couple of times, majority times it takes more than 2 hours to get the medicine, only few times get it on time in 60 mins Just a wrapper on Rapido Pathetic customer service ### 1/5 — Unacceptable Delays and Poor Customer Service *2026-05-20* I placed an order that clearly stated a 60-minute delivery time. After waiting for an hour, I was notified that my delivery had been unexpectedly rescheduled for three days later. When I rightfully requested a refund due to this massive delay, customer support refused to cancel the order and stated I would have to pay a penalty fee. This is a complete failure in basic operations and customer service. I strongly advise against downloading this app, placing any orders, or making any payments. It is entirely unreliable. ### 1/5 — Higher prices than MRP *2026-02-24* They are showing higher by 7-8% and then gives 10% discount. Also while placing it shows will add approximately 10% pillo coins but not given exactly. In my recent experience medicine MRP is 90 rs but they showed 97 and 10% discount so medicine is approx 87 rs. Basically we got only 2% discount instead same medicine shop offers 15% discount. ### 1/5 — Fraud company *2025-12-26, version 3.6* Worst experience ever. This site sends near-expiry medicines with very old manufacturing dates. Expiry is just 2–4 months away. This is clearly cheating customers. And without the guilt of destroying local businesses. Now they have even Saver mode so if you dont need anything urgent, great you can also save money. Generics?! Given the urgency, we needed it same evening and I could see this app which had the product in stock and delivers in 1 hour. Without wasting any time, whole process of registering and ordering took less than 2 minutes and we got the pen under 1 hour. Really happy with the experience.
