Tengo señal el ranchos y zonas aledañas donde la competencia fallaba, las gigas que no use se juntan al nuevo paquete está de lujo hasta ahora todo bien

No se puede recargar el internet desde la app, no puedes saber cuánto te recargan en gigas, tampoco puedes saber cuánto te queda disponible.

Para recargar, siempre tengo que hacerlo desde la página web por medio de un navegador, así que tener la app no representa ninguna ventaja para quienes sí usamos el servicio para trabajar.

A pesar de que mi equipo es compatible según su listado, después de dos días de uso me degradan al plan “lite” porque supuestamente mi equipo no es compatible 100%, el problema es que tiene mucho menos Gb o Mb y no aplica ninguna promoción por autocobro ni portabilidad. La respuesta de soporte técnico es que debo conseguir un equipo compatible más reciente!

Quiero compartir mi opinión sobre esta compañía después de probarla.
- Lo bueno
Sus planes de prepago son muy atractivos, especialmente si los comparas con las grandes compañías. Ofrecen muchos más gigas y las tarifas son sumamente viables.

Lo malo
Desafortunadamente, todo lo demás falla. La cobertura es pésima; en cuanto te alejas un poco de la mancha urbana, pierdes la señal por completo. Un detalle muy molesto es que no puedes usar tus datos móviles si estás en una llamada.
Además, el servicio al cliente es deficiente. El soporte vía WhatsApp es pésimo, y la asistencia por llamada telefónica es aún peor.

En conclusión, si bien su propuesta de planes es excelente, les falta trabajar en muchísimas cosas para poder brindar un servicio de calidad.

Se cobra el pago pero no te da el servicio y el banco le echa la bolita a Pillofon y Pillofon al banco total que es dinero perdido … 
Y en el chat se hacen tontos y te contestan hasta una semana después para darte una solución .
