It has been 3 weeks and still has not received any response when the app states 1-2 business days within the app and AI chat has not added a human yet to speak with. This is a flag. I’ve sent them various emails as to why my application is still pending after 10 days and they’ve got a scam phone number. It’s like 123-4567. I wonder what they’re doing with my information. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.
