I am past that and I haven’t heard anything. Also, the customer service number that is on the app doesn’t work. I am beginning to wonder if it is a legit delivery driver courier job. ### 1/5 — Driver *2026-03-10* Ive signed up to be a driver and it’s been pending for a long time ### 1/5 — No communication, No working phone number. *2026-01-18* After 2 1/2 hours waiting trying to get my extremely sick SON medication while I am out of town, I have yet to receive a confirmation of my order let alone communication in regards to when I can expect for this delivery to begin. Upon trying to call the phone number listed it says this number is not in service. Complete waste of time and very disappointing as I thought we had a solution and now the pharmacy is closed. ### 1/5 — Never picked up rx *2025-04-09* No notification and took my money. Money not refunded ### 1/5 — Great idea- poor execution *2024-04-16* I submitted an order at 4pm yesterday. I called at 6, left a message- no answer. I get a call at 8pm- an hour before the pharmacy closes that they are still looking for a driver. Pharmacy closes. I call them this morning- I speak with someone that puts me on hold and nothing… I understand the people who do this type of work are inconsistent by nature- it may work in other areas but don’t waste your money in East Hillsborough county in Florida. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2024-03-16* It’s been days since I applied to be a driver and my account still hasn’t been verified. I even sent an email which I’m still waiting on a reply back. Whenever I go on the app it ask me turn to my location on I don’t know why when it’s already on. At this point I need my account deleted cause this is a waste of time especially when I’m trying to make money to pay for a few things. 1 star until further notice. ### 1/5 — Really Annoying *2024-01-10* I scoured their website to see what areas they serve - only after signing up, filling out 2 screens of data do they let you know you are not in their area. Uber annoying! ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-12-18* They make you sign up, capture your personal info, then proceed to advise it’s not available on your area. It also auto-populates the street number as apartment numbers. ### 1/5 — Super disappointed..... *2021-03-10* I paid for a delivery, it let me put all my info in and the pharmacy so on. It said 20 min and someone would get to me. Over an hour later I called the main number and was told by a Leslie that they don’t do business in Connecticut anymore and might be picking it up sometime in April. This was after I already waited for over an hour and could’ve had another service pick it up and deliver it. He said someone was going to call me eventually, but I find that doubtful considering it was well over an hour and a half since I placed the order. He was nice and said they would give me three free deliveries in the future, but that does nothing for me today. Not to mention I already paid for the service. If you don’t do business in a state you shouldn’t have your app up and running offering deliveries in said state. There was nothing on their app that said anything about not doing service here anymore. Buyer beware that you may be paying for things you’ll never get. I’m disappointed I had to reach out and call someone and ask for a refund. When I said my name he said “oh yeah, we were gonna call you”. If you already knew I couldn’t get a delivery why was I not notified or order cancelled via email, phone call, chat system they have, text or any of the other number of ways you can reach someone or refund an order. If they ever get up and running here I will review it again and will change my stars based on how they actually are. But first impressions are everything my friends, you need to fix what you did and are doing. It’s almost like you were actively trying to take money for services not rendered. **Developer response:** We apologize for not being able to serve you in Connecticut at this time. We currently only offer our full service in Las Vegas, NV as our volunteers in CT are currently doing deliveries only for seniors 65+ for FREE. Sorry we had to refund your payment because of this. We are currently recruiting more drivers in Connecticut to be able to serve people of all ages and will be launching our full service there soon. We will reach out to you once that happens. It has been 3 weeks and still has not received any response when the app states 1-2 business days within the app and AI chat has not added a human yet to speak with. This is a flag. I paid a premium fee to have guaranteed delivery in 1-2 hours around 9pm and nobody got matched to deliver. In fact, at 8:30am the next morning, still nothing. They’re not responding to email and phone numbers are not working. SCAM. ### 1/5 — abandoned *2026-05-09* pills2me has abandoned my app for more than two months it sent the order but never accepted my application ### 1/5 — SCAM SITE!! *2026-04-28* Total scam site especially when you try to sign up as a driver. They take all your information and they never get back to you with the background check or any information and if you notice at the very bottom where it says contact us they don’t answer their emails. I’ve sent them various emails as to why my application is still pending after 10 days and they’ve got a scam phone number. It’s like 123-4567. I wonder what they’re doing with my information. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. It’s beyond me why Apple still has this app on their store get rid of this app!!!! ### 1/5 — They never activated my account *2026-04-16* I wanted to work with them, but they never activated my account. When one driver couldn’t pick up my medication, the man (which I assume runs everything) went completely out of his way to get them for me. It was EXTREMELY kind of him. I would recommend this service in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!! ### 5/5 — Wonderful service for the Las Vegas area! *2022-04-17* This is such an underutilized asset in the Las Vegas metro area! Used it for the first time today after a google search. The app itself feels a bit slow to update compared to say, DoorDash or Uber, but the service was amazing, my medications arrived safely, and I didn’t have to risk driving to the pharmacy while on OTC antihistamines to get the rx my physician called in for my seasonal allergies. ### 5/5 — A Hidden Gem *2021-12-10* Incredibly reliable and convenient! With a hectic schedule they make life easier when I don’t have the time to run around to do errands.
