Use this app a lot and the ability to now change the short/medium/long titles is very welcome although to be honest I could do with more sections than just the 3. This app would've rated 5 stars however the addition of ads on the latest release is a massive annoyance. Not only do they reduce the viewing screen but they sometimes prevent you selecting lower items when editing. A disappointing addition that ruins a good app. Put your price up rather than add crap ads :(

Would be much easier to initially set up if expiry dates could be entered rather than counting how many days left before your medical or afr due . The ability to edit entry details would also be handy . Otherwise the simplicity of this app is it's beauty

This app does one thing, and does a decent job of it.  It is helpful to have one place to go to to see all currencies.  It would be helpful to integrate an alert system of some kind to notify you when a currency is due - perhaps an email alert or a configurable alarm.

Was a great little App for tracking currencies. Suddenly stopped working! Very annoying if you then have to look up all the dates you've stopped writing down because they were stored in here! If fixed will be back to write a more favourable review!

Hey, nice App, but works not correct anymore. Days remaining don't show up correct. There is an issue with the dates. Please update, then 5 stars again.

Great idea, and this is the only currency app I can find, and I'm tires of trying to make a calendar or "to do" list work. Besides suggestions made in other reviews, also need to add the ability to change the dat of when an item was accomplished. When initially populating the app, you can't change from today's date for accomplishment. If I had a sortie 25 days ago, I need to change that so the 60 day feature will establish a correct date from then, not today. I hope to see this one grow and improve, but for now it's only a great idea. Please make it reality.

This app still has issues.
Tried adding PMA 2 year expiry starting 17/4/2019 but the expiry is totally wrong. It gives 17/6/2022 !
Please check and fix.

This app is a good concept, but the "Flight Currency" app is easier to use. I recommend you try that one instead.

Great app and incredibly useful, just please allow me to select a due date or start date for these currencies. Please!!!

Finally a way to track my currencies that allows me to actually name my 100+ unique currencies instead of giving a choice of about 4 rediculously named and basically useless choices. I also like that the currencies are arranged chronologically and can be categorized. However, there are a few shortcomings. Luckily, instead of complaining I'm offering the developer suggestions so this okay 1st try can become an awesome app that every aircrew member will have to have. 1. Set up a function that allows me to select the due date by number of days/months/years, number of calender months/years, quarterly, semesterly, annual & specific date. Now I have to use another app as date calculator to figure out the date as a number of days and remember the number of days while I close the date calculator, open this app and input an entirely new currency. As a BARE MINIMUM allow us to pick the due date. 2. Allow users to reset currencies when completed instead of just checking them off or deleting & adding new. It would also be helpful to be able to select the completion date(defaulted to current day, of course) in case users don't get around to logging until the next day or the end of a trip/TDY. 3. As another reviewer stated, allow users to input multiple instances of the same currency requirement. That is if a user is req'd to do 3 landings per quarter he could log them under the same currency line as 1 of 3 & 2 of 3 (or 1/3 & 2/3 to save space/make the app look cleaner). 4. Allow users to rename the categories. That way instead of short and long term categories I could separate ground events & flying beans (or currencies as civilian aviators know them). 5. Require users to have to save changes so that users do not accidentally log currencies. Overall, not bad. But put these changes in and it'll be great.

I find this a useful app to keep on top of my PPL aircraft and other rating currencies. [review updated 06/18]: It’s great that this app has been picked up and is getting some updates again. Useful for non-flying ‘currency’ dates too.

Great simple to use and easy to create your own custom expiry dates. Could add alert / email feature x  (user defined) days before expiry would be happy to pay for this option.  Cheers

Fantastic APP. As a military pilot I found this APP very useful for all the ridiculous currencies we have!
It doesn't cater for end month currencies but I just get around it by putting the last day of the month as the currency. Well done.

A very simple app, but incredibly useful. It does exactly what it says on the box. I have a number of currency items that that expire throughout the year. This keeps it very simple. Many thanks.
If you're an Oz pilot check out NAIPS by the same guy. Brilliant

Easy to use. Allows me to define and track all my aviation currency requirements in detail. It would be even better if it handled currency items that are due the last day of a month X months in the future regardless of the day during the initial month the currency item is reset (e.g. Medical or 135.293/297/299 checks). I handle this by making those items reset the last day of the reset month regardless of the actual date. If there were an ad free version I would buy it.

Just wrote a review stating that it would be better if you could adjust the start date of the currency. Then found out once you set it you go to update and you can do just that. 
Excellent app for pilots to monitor multiple currency requirements.

This app is very simple and handy...the only thing I would change is giving the user the ability to group things according to licence (Gliding/PPL....) as well as Short/Medium/Long Term...aside from that, it's also very easy to use.

This is a good start and a well done free app. This app could benefit from a tally functionality. Say you need to make 3 night landings to maintain currency but only complete two in a session. It would be nice if you could tally currency events and then automatically reset the date when the threshold is met.

Loved this app until ios11 came out and I couldn’t access any data. Now it’s been updated (so that it actually works) all my data has gone. 

Not sure i’d trust it not to do the same again in the future. It was a pita loosing all of my data.

**Developer response:** Hi the old app was completely unsupported by iOS11 which does not open 32bit apps, so I rewrote it from scratch. I also used a better data format that has increased functionality for “3 in 90 days” style currencies plus storing event history. This means it’s totally incompatible with the old app but allowed it to be written from scratch in 2 days, hence it actually got updated!
