### 2/5 — Will be uninstalling

*2019-08-25, version 4.3.9*

No default or ability to customize any settings to log/display combat or combat support time. Makes the app worthless to military pilots. Might reinstall if they add the ability at a later date.

### 3/5 — Has Potential

*2019-03-26, version 4.3.6*

I like the app but the 8710 for is not working right, some fields aren’t populating

### 3/5 — Not as good as version 3

*2019-03-13, version 4.3.6*

Version 3 was great
V3 gave you a better dashboard reminder experience,
V4 seems like a step backwards

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — PDF

*2021-06-11, version 4.4.12*

Can’t export a full pdf… it wont work and there is no support for the app someone to call or get help figuring it out

### 1/5 — Don’t buy. Total scam.

*2020-05-13, version 4.4.5*

This app was marketed as a “one time purchase.” This is not the case. After releasing the new version 4 they kept it as a free update. Now over a year later I don’t have access to my logbook unless I pay another $40 for the upgrade. Nothing but lies from the developers! I’ll be looking for a new product!

### 1/5 — Be advise

*2019-11-29, version 4.4.4*

I bought 3 in 2016 and then when 4 was released it let you use the app, logical consequence after you pay. They advise falsely the “app is yours” but after the last update they cut my access, loose my log and they tell me I have to pay again. That’s false advertising. Don't go for this scam

### 1/5 — Buggy software that keeps telling me I haven’t purchased a license.

*2019-11-28, version 4.4.4*

Having purchased the app and spending many hours transferring my flight logs into Pilot Pro it is now telling me that I haven’t purchased a license and has reverted back to the trial version which is very frustrating. A reliable app is so important to a Pilot and being able to trust that valuable flight logs and currency data is safe an accessible is vital. This is VERY disappointing and I’m hoping that this issue can be made right.

### 1/5 — Buyer beware

*2019-11-09, version 4.4.2*

I was using the app prior to v4 being published. When v4 came out over a year ago I spent the time migrating my data to v4. I was able to use the app until v4.4 but now I am told with the new update I need to purchase the app again. In other words, this is a subscription based product when you upgrade the app.

### 1/5 — Another Huge Bad Bug

*2019-11-07, version 4.4.1*

They fixed the crash, but upgrades from version 3 aren’t recognized and tells us to re-purchase

### 1/5 — Payed upgrade for just a change in ascetics

*2019-11-06, version 4.4*

I purchased the version 3 of this app back in 2016 and enjoyed my experience when version 4 was released I got a notification to download the new app and import my version 3 logbook into version 4. I happily used this new version for over a year and today there was a notification that I needed to renew my purchases in order to continue using version 4. This did not seem to be an issue because I had to renew my purchases when I first downloaded the app and this gave me access to the current version. It seems that now this developer is deciding to go back on their word and charge me an additional 40 dollars to buy a new license for what I feel is an inferior product to version 3. It is outrageous to think that a font and ascetic change is really worth another $40. Upset that I now have to re-export my logbook and begin looking for another company that will at least be honest about their pricing structure. Do not advertise a one time fee and then every time you tweak the app expect us to pay again. On top of that the app is currently unstable both myself and a friend couldn’t even have the app open for more then a minute before it crashed.

### 1/5 — It just crashes

*2019-10-18, version 4.3.9*

Every time I try to open the app it crashes immediately. I tried restarting my iPad and even tried re-downloading the app... nothing worked; which is a shame because I thought I finally found the right electronic log book to use.

### 1/5 — Latest Update has killed the app

*2019-06-09, version 4.3.9*

Let me start by saying that I bought the full version of this app by paying 40 dollars (not worth it, but that’s a story for another day).

With the latest update the app immediately crashes on startup if your device is connected to WiFi or data. If your device is on ‘Airplane Mode’ then the app will work just fine but as soon as you turn on WiFi or data the app immediately crashes.

There is no option of customer service or even a way to contact the developer. Something that should be a standard if an app charges this much.

I’m using this app on my iPhone 8 and iPad (6th gen) but now my logbook can’t sync because of the above problem. Anyway, this app maybe helpful for GA but it’s hardly built for the needs of a multi crew cockpit in an international airline.

### 2/5 — Compatibility issues

*2020-02-10, version 4.4.5*

I spent the 89$ for the MacOS compatible logbook assuming that purchasing this one would give me the ability to enter a lot of older lookbook entries faster. It did. However when I went to download the app onto my phone to sync the app with my Account on the MacOS, it said I don’t have a license to do this. Which is stupid, and mildly frustrating granted the price I paid for the app.

### 5/5 — Great Currency App for Corporate Pilots

*2022-05-01, version 4.6.7*

This is a great app for anyone needing a digital logbook in general. However, as a corporate pilot flying jets that requires a type rating, this app has become invaluable helping me easily ascertain my currency. The updated dashboard feature allows you to setup currency requirements based on the hours/landings (day and night) in a model of aircraft, which are then displayed as you start the app and clearly gives you a date in the future when your currency will expire for that item. The app allows for easy/quick entry of trip legs and has an auto backup to iCloud which lets you easily sync your logbook to an iPad or other device. The developers have always been quite responsive to developing features. Love this app.

### 5/5 — Best Logbook App

*2021-10-29, version 4.5*

I have worked with this logbook for about 5 years now and I can say I am very satisfied with this product. Anytime I had a glitch when the app was new the company was very fast to update the app after I emailed their customer service. Their customer service is also excellent and I can say that this is the best logbook app that I have ever used.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2021-07-01, version 4.5*

It has everything you need to keep your flight time organized. Fast and easy process to get your hours in. Amazing app customer support as well!

### 5/5 — Excellent Product!

*2020-09-14, version 4.4.9*

Bought both versions and I love them both.
The backup option, export option, filter option and the way it allows you to customize each entry is phenomenal. Customer service is great too, every question or help they respond in a timely matter. Best of all, NO SUBSCRIPTION. Overall an excellent product from an outstanding company.

### 5/5 — Invaluable

*2020-08-27, version 4.4.8*

Great logbook app compatible with iOS (iPhone and iPad) along with desktop, all syncs automatically with automatic backups to Dropbox and manual backups to local device. Takes some time to input hours depending on how much you’re starting with but their excel spreadsheet makes it as easy and quick as it could otherwise be. Logging takes about 30 seconds after a flight, I do it every day. Absolutely indispensable as an active CFI at a busy flight school. FAA 8710 report is a breeze. .pdf export is very clean and professional which has worked without any problems when interviewing into cadet programs at regional airlines.

### 5/5 — Fast response

*2019-11-07, version 4.4.1*

Quickly fixed a bug that caused crashes on start up. Well done!

### 4/5 — Sync across ios

*2020-02-03, version 4.4.5*

I read your faq on syncing across ios devices but nowhere in pilot pro settings it shows an option to turn sync off and on. I only see a dropbox drive sync off and on.
I downloaded your latest verison and even pid for it.
Please help!

### 4/5 — Can’t open after upgrade

*2019-11-06, version 4.4*

Overall, great app. But I can’t use it after upgrade, hope it can be fixed soon.

### 4/5 — Time Sensitive Currencies

*2019-07-15, version 4.3.9*

Overall the app works decent for keeping track of your flights. I have had a few small bugs here and there, but nothing major. I think if the developers keep working on improvements they could have a 5 star app here.

Suggested improvements:
1. Have the ability to add attachments to your logbook files. Photos of your endorsements, etc...
2. Can you please add a “tailwheel landings” option to your currency tracker?
3.Is there a way you could make currencies viewable on the dashboard? That would be very helpful. Thank you!

### 4/5 — User Login

*2018-08-06, version 4.2.7*

This is a great app, can there be an login for a user account. It would allow a better use of this app for any device anytime. Can this be possible ?
