Been using this app for almost a decade now.
Paid once for lifetime use. Now forced into a yearly subscription.
Forced to update the app to V5.
Interface is thrash way more complicated to enter any data that it used to be in what I think was V3.
I wish I didnt have that many hours and stuck with that electronic logbook now.

I’ve had this absence about 2015 and I have been using it consistently but today I went to login and the app locked me out. I got the app on my computer paid for the subscription. Re-downloaded it on my phone and now all of my data is gone…. Criminal

One day it deleted all of the sections under each entry.  It then replaced the backup automatically with the new one so I was unable to retrieve any of the past information.  No help from the company was provided.

Another app bites the dust. It was sold as “a one time purchase logbook.” Now they “are forced to charge a subscription.” I have made a ton of suggestions and most of them were fixed. I’ve been with them from the beginning but now I’m looking elsewhere for a digital logbook. So sad.

I have enjoyed entering my years of logbooks into this easy to use app.  I have encountered some performance issues, but overall very nice.  I purchased this a few months go.  I just updated to the latest version, and it is no subscription? This is very disappointing.  Being a purchase rather than subscription was one of the competitive advantages this app had over many of the other options.

Finally after decades of flying, I decided to transcribe my physical log books into an electronic form. The data entry in this app is good, the visualization and exporting is good (PDF, CSV, etc..).  However, when entering lots of flights, the app noticeably slows down with each subsequent entry.  Often taking seconds to respond to mouse clicks.  Quitting and restarting the app seems to clear the issue, but then it happens the next time.

I have has this app for a number of years and it is brilliant.

I use the iOS and Mac versions and they sync beautifully and it is by far the most intuative interface in this sector.

Don't hesitate. Buy it.

Im a professional pilot who started out with paper logs and still use them in conjunction with electronic. I cannot stand the subcription model (of LogTenPro) so I gave this a try and I am glad I did. I have minimal complaints and they seem to be improving the app (mobile and desktop) with every update.

I cannot give enough praise to the Pilot Pro Developers! 

This is an amazing app. Clean, easy to use, highly customisable. An absolute must have for evey pilot. 

The one off purchase price makes it very affordable, especially given the most equivalent apps cost just as much annually. I have purchansed both the MAC and IOS version, and they work seamlessly when you connect them through Dropbox. This is one of the biggest reasons why I am such a fan of Pilot Pro.

The Developers are also VERY receptive to feedback, and have implimented changes based on my requests and recommndations a number of times. They genuinely care and want to provide the best user experience possible. 

10/10 Guys! This app is exacly what I have been lookng for. Thank you!
