Be careful *2022-09-22, version 4.0* this app doesn’t work and just shows a loading screen after you purchase any of the digital flash cards. The app won’t even allow you to contact customer support. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-09-10, version 4.0* If you look at all the other reviews it’s the same story . I purchased this a couple days ago and still have yet to see one of the cards load for me. I can’t believe that they have yet to fix this issue. Some cards do not have the answers on the next slide, you have to go fishing for the answer. I wish I could get my money back. Still in disbelief that the cards are that blurry/fuzzy, have never seen an app like that. Save your money until they give notice that this is fixed. They wrote in their own description that “This isn’t a fancy app!!”,... and they are 100% correct. After the transaction was made, it directs you to an index that seems to never launch. I can’t find any info from the developer for troubleshooting help if I’m doing something wrong on my end. After downloading and paying you can select a module to study (Private, Instructor, etc.) but then when you choose material to study, a “loading” message appears and the app simply hangs. Thanks to prompt response from Duncan and his sharp developer they figured out what was wrong. They’re working on fixing the dark mode bug. Rating at 5⭐️ Cheers and thank you ! As they duplicated the physical flashcards there is so much information crowded on each card, this makes it hard to read on a small screen like a phone. Looking at it on an iPad Mini is not much better as the definition of the print quality is a bit fuzzy. ### 3/5 — No customer service *2022-08-01, version 4.0* I love the e-cards but I ran into a problem with the app when I added a purchase. I can get no response from the company to get it working again.
