It’s quite frustrating. Sadly, now you can never even get a hold of them, you’ll be on the phone for hours or more. Online deposits used to take just an hour or two, but now they take a few days. Tried going in today to just deposit the check directly but was told that it will give me fees & issues since I’ve already tried to do this online, and basically nothing they can do. I have been beyond dissatisfied with them recently when I used to sing their praise. I have to log in roughly 3 times just to have it stay open long enough to check my balance. I’m on an iPhone, if that helps. Really!? That defeats the whole purpose for Zelle. To find out I have to log in to multiple accounts until I find it. This notification should include the alias or nickname for the subject account.
