New & improved. *2016-07-06, version 3.0.1* Just updated, new version is sooo much better. All input info on each entry is now immediately visible so no more scrolling through trying to find stuff. It also looks much cooler, it was kind of old fashioned before although it worked well enough. Then I found Pinlocker -for my iphone and ipad, & its fantastic! Now with only one password all this information is always at my fingertips! And I know my info is protected from prying eyes or theft, as it wipes all info if the wrong code is entered 3 times. Now keeps crashing. Won’t let me log in. Delete it and redownload then works for a few days. **Developer response:** Please contact us directly at CS@mooee.com, so we can help resolve your problem? ### 1/5 — Prepare to lose your data. *2013-12-14* Every time I switch phones I lose my data. A real waste of time and money. I'll be looking for Another app. **Developer response:** PIN Locker has a back up feature. Either on iCloud or send the back up file to your email. PIN Locker always reminds you to do backups. ### 2/5 — Back up function doesn't work *2012-04-16* I was just informed by Pin Locker support that I cannot back up the data. Kinda makes this app useless doesn't it? If I cannot back up this app (of all apps) it cannot be relied upon. What makes matters worse is they seem to know this all along without mentioning it prior to purchase. They said they are "working on it" with Apple. **Developer response:** I believe there might be a miscommunication here. Then i wanted to see how the backup works, since it is not explained clearly in description. It has you enter an email address that it can send an encrypted file to. You cannot open the file on a computer, or anywhere else for that matter. I wanted to be able to print all entries and keep in a safe place here so that my loved ones can get into our accounts if need be. You cannot do this. I did try the procedure of backing up and then restoring and it did work. I purposely deleted a couple of entries before i ran the restore and the two i deleted did show up again. the directions along the way are not coherent, i think it's because of the language barrier between the developer and myself, doesn't always make sense, like after restoring it tells you to pick another file before restoring again. I didn't know what to make of this; was the restore done successfully or not? it was however and you should ignore that. when you go to restore it asks for you to enter the password you created at time of backup, but it never asked me to enter a password at time of backup, so i just used my password to get into app. seems to have worked. All in all, i do like the data entry process on this app and i do like that you can customize field labels. Handles my needs for password management without all the bells and whistles you get from other apps. ### 5/5 — Help was great! *2022-06-23* I tried two times to enter my password and was afraid to try for the final time. I found an email address for Mooee customer service. I sent a plea for help but had little expectation that I’d get a reply. Within an hour, I received a really polite, helpful response that solved my problem. Syncs across iOS devices and easy to back up.
