No matter which view is picked, the DMD/table screen is almost completely buried by the iPhone Dynamic Island. Please fix this so the games can actually be enjoyed! ### 2/5 — Flipper sans secousse ! *2026-05-22* Oui ces flippers sont beaux, fluides, identiques aux originaux...Sauf sur un point essentiel, les secousses, ou comment "bourrer" le flip à droite, à gauche... Ici, c'est vraiment mal fichu, alors qu'avec une vraie machine, on n'arrête pas de bourrer, un peu, beaucoup, à la folie...jusqu'à la limite du tilt ! Là le système du swipe ne marche que dans la partie supérieure de l'écran, donc injouable...Et l'accéléromètre marche une fois sur quatre, et faut secouer comme un dingue... Je n'ai pas retrouvé ce problème avec Zaccaria Pinball...pourvu qu'ils s'inspirent de leur moteur ! Édit 22 mai 2026. L'application s'ouvre sur un écran noir. Impossible de jouer. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2026-05-02* You can’t see the score on your iPhone. Surely one of the most fundamental themes of pinball. I’m not saying I could do any better but you need to fix this. The Gotleib machines are awesome replicas right down to the super wide drain gates and guts. A game of skill they used to say but more like skill and a lot of luck. It would be great if you could secure the license for the late 80s Bally machines. My feedback is constructive and not meant to be critical. The machines are by and large a pretty good effort. Keep up the work.😊 ### 4/5 — It’s Time *2026-02-17* Update badly needed. Bring up some more classic 70s tables. ### 2/5 — Purchased tables do not download *2025-11-11, version 8.1.12* I purchased Pinball Arcade many years ago and it has worked well and I own many of the older tables. Recently I purchased a new table pack and many of the games in the table pack did not download and were not playable. I contacted the game publisher through their website and through the Apple App Store but did not receive a response. I followed some instructions on the publisher website to fix the issue but they did not work. I think it is dishonest to sell tables that will not install correctly. If you download the app, don’t expect purchases to install correctly and you maybe stuck with an unusable game. ### 3/5 — Great game but a major flaw *2025-11-09, version 8.1.12* On “bonus rounds” at the end of the game when the extra pinballs fall the flippers never work and you end the game and miss out on extra points. This happens on multiple machines like Doctor Who and basically any machine that has that type of gameplay. I’ve tried to pause the game and start it again to see if it would reset the flippers to work but that rarely helps. ### 2/5 — Love this game *2025-10-04, version 8.1.12* This game is really good! I will change my review to 5 star if you can fix the dmd issue with IPhone 16 as it’s behind the camera. Please fix this. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buns *2026-06-28, version 8.1.12* Buns ahh game it is glitching out. ### 1/5 — I Lost all my classic Games *2026-06-04* Pretty much in the earlier stages of this game when they used to carry all the classics from Williams and Bally, I had purchased packages where I had Funhouse, Black Knight, whirlwind and a whole bunch of other great ones and then it did one of these mandatory updates and then I lost all of those games that I paid for. Then I hear well, we lost our licensing for those games so we had to remove them. That’s all well and good but I should be grandfathered in. I already paid for those games and you took my money for those said games.. You losing the licensing should not matter to me because I had already paid for those games. Those manufacturers change license ownership all the time. So does that mean people who purchased a real pinball machines need to turn the machines back in? It’s not like you guys did anything to make it right for those of us who lost games we already paid for. We should be compensated with games that you do carry as a result of it with no additional charges accrued. They should never have been removed. That’s just bad customer service and you should not take peoples money for something that you couldn’t let us continue to own. ### 1/5 — Took my money *2026-05-27, version 8.1.12* I paid for several games in this app. I recently had to buy a new phone. Bought the games on my other iPhone and bought a new iPhone. After downloading the app to my new phone I only have the one boring free game that you start out with when first downloading the app. I had 24 out of 48 games originally. Same account and now I have only 1 of 38. Preparing to report a fraud here if this isn’t corrected very soon. ### 1/5 — Too much focus on sound - no pinball experience *2026-05-16* There's no clear pinball focus, no clear targets just lots of sound & vague graphics. The Star Trek game was annoying, lots of audio from the movie but no clear plan. That there is no way to save your scores to see how you did this time compared to how you have done before. There is a leaderboard that may show your high score compared to the scores of everyone else in the world.But what if you just want to keep track of your scores – – or maybe the scores of you and a couple other members of your family or friends that used your device? Guaranteed to disappoint on all levels and there is no hope for enjoyment with this game. I’m fortunate to have legacy tables from when they had licensing. However even the current tables play really well. ### 5/5 — Best Pinball Sim By Far *2026-02-11, version 8.1.12* I own every table, dating back to when they had nearly 100, and I still play all the time. It’s like having dozens of your own pinball machines, and they play like the real machines. Tip: Use a controller. I found it impossible to nudge on the touch screen, but with a controller it is second-nature. Use the controller triggers for the flippers and it’s the next best thing to standing in the arcade. Also, use a 13” iPad, phones don’t do it justice. They also have a PC app which is awesome. This game is criminally underrated , probably due to the free players who represent 20% of the revenue and 80% of the problems. Buy the tables like a normal person, pay these people for their incredible work, don’t always try to play for free; the experience is way better. Trust me, this is a 6 star app if ever there was one, at least if you can throw a few dollars at a table, which is a steal to carry around a $12,000 pinball machine in your pocket. ### 5/5 — Orientation freaks out *2025-09-06, version 8.1.12* The score is cut off by the phones camera and if you try to rotate your phone to landscape the app freaks out and the image quickly flips and distorts. I’ve been playing for years. This is the most realistic pinball you will ever experience aside from actual pinball machines. These games were created from actual real tables. The physics of these tables function like their real world counterparts! It’s really amazing and worth every Penny. I pray that the creator of these tables will keep it being offered in the App Store. I don’t understand how this can’t be 4.8 or higher. Did those who rated it lower actually play the tables!! ### 5/5 — Best pinball app ever! *2025-06-28* I own 57 tables through this app and it’s amazing. Any table you purchase can always be restored to the app…the 1 star reviews stating different didn’t take 5 seconds to look around the app and press restore. I hope the developers keep this app rolling forever, it really should be tied to a world pinball museum with benefactors donating the cost of licenses so we can play every table ever created. They do an amazing job of getting the tables authentically reproduced for iPad and phone… on my iPad Pro it’s surreal and fun playing so many of my favorite tables. It is sad that they lost the licenses for a few tables by one greedy company we won’t name here…. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely great at scratching the itch. The only issue is that the UI does not properly respect the iPhone’s display “safe area” and the notch on modern phones covers the backboard and some menus.
