Not sure what’s going on reach to support but didn’t actually get anyone just an article. I have gotten numerous residential cleaning jobs within the six months that I’ve been using Pinch. I passed the background check and everything and every time I get on the app it tells me “oops, you just missed one, turn on notifications”. I’ve had notifications and location on always since I downloaded the app. I’ve tried to reach out to Pinch supports email but haven’t heard back at all. I’ve had this app for 4 months now, messaged them within the first week, then against a month and then again at 2 months. And haven’t heard back once. All around disappointing given they have lots of good reviews.
