Every time I open the app and try to place an order, I get an “Error Validating Basket” message at checkout. Reinstalling the app doesn’t solve it.

I tried ordering on the website and had so many bugs and issues that had to download the app. App was as useless and the website and took me 35 minutes to complete a simple order among all the payment pathway issues and credit card specifications. Worst ordering experience I’ve ever had!!

It requires you to verify your email every time. Then you go to your email to verify, click on the email to login, login and then you whole cart gets erased.

Very bad customer service support as I’ve contacted them multiple times over the span of a month regarding an issue about an order I placed that I never received, but still got charged for, and no issue has been refunded even after the multiple attempts of contact. I’ve only received messages stating that I need to message someone else, or no response at all.
