They server expired products and they will ask to share the picture, once we upload the picture then they say that it’s fresh and they don’t see any quality issue. We don’t even have an option to return the product and they are not at all responsible at the customer prospect. This app is not at all suggested to anyone, they attract people by showing first 3 orders at Flat 125 off and they don’t get any thing to buy till we have the offer existing. Never believe in their promotions as they want the customer to die by eating expired products served by their vendors. Don’t even have minimum responsibility to get in touch with the customers who had issues. Disgusting service and worst app to use. ### 1/5 — Poor service | no response from service center *2024-10-08* I ordered vegetables on October 5, 2025, and have yet to receive my order. Please understand that these are daily consumption items and cannot be delayed for a week. If your network is not reliable, I urge you to reconsider the viability of this app to prevent inconveniencing others. I am concerned that my money is being held without any action on your part, and the order has not been canceled. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. After this review they have cancelled the order and refund my money. Pls don’t use. ### 1/5 — Stole money by giving small offers *2024-09-06* *Simply they stole my money by attracting offers. DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS WORST PINCODE APP* a worst app maintenance 1. I ordered product from one store and deducted money from my side 2. When the delivery time comes Pincode showing the status like your order is might be delayed. Then I wait until 12 hrs. 3. After that I called to the concern store which store is accepted my order. They simply saying that we are not receiving any orders from Pincode and kindly contact Pincode customer service. 4. So I raised the complaint to Pincode through customer service chat by saying that where is my order. 5. Then simply Pincode played one beautiful strategy. Simply the status was changed to order delivered and saying to me your order is successfully delivered and close the ticket from their side. 6. I wondered I did not received any package but Pincode customer service is saying like that. 7. Simply they stole my money by attracting offers. We will get this checked on priority. ∞SD ### 2/5 — Worst service from pincode *2024-08-02* As my experience and observations When we order vegetables from PINCODE APP few of them were not good at it if raise any ticket with them their is no damaged product replacement or else no refund. Their response also too slow and my issue haven’t resolved yet. The app indicated a delivery time of 11 am. However, by 11 am, the order had not arrived, and the app still showed it as "order accepted." After numerous calls to both the app's customer service and the store, a delivery boy was finally assigned at 4 pm. After waiting for another 30-40 minutes, I called the delivery boy only to find out he claimed the order was canceled, despite the app showing it as packed. Even after further attempts to resolve the issue through the app's customer service and the store, the delivery boy refused to take the order. Finally, after contacting the store directly and speaking with a helpful supervisor, my order was manually pushed through for delivery by another person, and I received it at 8:30 pm. This entire experience was extremely disappointing due to the inefficiencies and poor service of the PINCODE App. I would rate it as one star at best, and it deserves zero stars for the inconvenience caused. **Developer response:** Hi, Anandasam. When I tried calling the store, no one answered my calls. To make matters worse, there's no customer support number available through the app. I'm not sure how to get my refund for the order. I actually downloaded this app because it is backed by PhonePe and saw the reviews with a 4.2 rating in stores. I'm not sure how this app got such high ratings.
