I'm just using this review to highlight a bug; reporting a score doesn't work on mobile. The text box gets buggy and unusable. Otherwise, great app and I will keep using it! ### 4/5 — Keep track of every game you’ve ever played. *2022-07-25, version 4.4.1* Add a scan the QR code to pull up pin automatically in your database. Offer pdf files for every game on your database fir operators to put in their games. ### 4/5 — Fantastic pinball app! *2020-02-12, version 4.0.22* This app is great for keeping record of your pinball scores! It’s a smooth app and runs well. You can even record the location of the machine so you and your friends can compete based on place. The only improvement I would like to see is a separation of virtual pinball scores and real machine scores. Currently the virtual scores get lumped into one bucket with real machines. (The only indicator is a game controller icon next to virtual scores) If the virtual scores do get their own section I’d like to see the options for choosing what game and mode you played in. ### 4/5 — Finally! *2020-01-08, version 4.0.22* Glad there's finally a social media pinball app. Easy to navigate, very intuitive. It has pretty much every pinball machine, even let's you include virtual machines. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because I'd like them to encourage or make it easier to have a bigger picture. I'd like to see the score AND the cool pinball art. ### 3/5 — Updates causing me to lose scores *2018-04-23, version 3.1.2* This is the second update I’ve had that’s caused me to lose the ability to log in and required me to create a new username and reenter my scores. Super obnoxious. ### 4/5 — When it works, it's great! *2017-07-09, version 2.3.0* The app is seemingly going through a transition that has given me fits by making me log in each time and losing my info. But after working with their friendly support/developers, I think I have everything back and working, and can heartily endorse Pindigo again. ### 3/5 — Ugly but functional *2016-12-28, version 2.3.0* Really bad user interface, icons and functions aren't very intuitive. Does well I keeping track of your scores and comparing with others. Recently everything on the interface is zoomed in and contains hell looking bugs. Needs a lot of work... ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Buggy *2026-03-24, version 4.7.5* I’ve been using this app for years, but lately it’s gotten really slow to the point where it either sticks on the splash screen or you put in the name of a game and it spins forever trying to find it. Or you find it in the master game list, but when you click on it, the screen showing your own score and your friends scores won’t load. ### 1/5 — Can't paste in password field *2019-11-10, version 3.1.2* You can't paste in to the password field on the sign up screen, and iOS doesn't recognize it as a password field, so my password manager can't fill it. Nope, failed do anything. Close that and open app, just sits on logo screen. It can take 30 minutes+ to submit a dozen scores because of slow load times. Can never submit more than 2 scores in a row without app crashing. You can follow friends and comment on other scores. I wish the pinball database was updated more frequently. When I go to play at a new, fresh location or try and play a table that just came out it’s often that pinball map has not updated yet. Rick and morty was announced over a moth ago, why is it not in the app yet? ### 3/5 — Good ideas, but a bit buggy *2018-12-10, version 3.1.2* For the most part, I really love this app. The social aspect is fantastic. I'm now pulling out my phone and taking a quick photo after each game, and then I can refer back to the app to see if it's worth posting up. A few minor annoyances though: when scrolling through the "timeline" it's too sensitive and you'll end up clicking half the pictures of scores while scrolling. Also, for some reason when I upload a score I get the local and global rank box and the app just freezes up and I can't use it until I minimize for a few minutes and reopen the app. Other than those minor complaints, fantastic if you want to see where you pinball skills stand. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Finally. A way to track real progress! *2018-03-14, version 3.1.2* Great user interface and experience! (iPhone) it's satisfying to see your own scores go up and be able to compare scores with other players quickly and honestly - no more guessing or relying on bad memories! Also the location feature was key as each machine has its unique quirks. I hope we get to see more players join! Please advertise on pinball forums, websites, etc so that we can get the word out (also to local pinball leagues). Next step: add an objectives accomplished feature? Ex: destroyed all castles in MM. ### 5/5 — The pinball app we all need *2017-08-05, version 2.3.0* Before Pindigo I was like a lot of people and using notepad to write my scores down. As a player who mostly plays by himself a large part of the fun for me is trying to beat my own scores. Pindigo not only makes this easy to track but fun as it also allows leaderboard tracking. The devs are active on the pinball subreddit and seem like really cool guys. The only real downside to this app is not enough people are aware of it or use it. Also it could use things like tournament organization, groups and timed score challenges. Knowing it's a two man team however, I know for a fact they have designs to improve it and I expect to only see the app get better! ### 5/5 — Wicked good *2017-07-17, version 2.3.0* Exactly what I wanted, and it works great! Keeping track of just your high scores though is not as fun as logging every score. A suggestion I have is to make it similar to loggr and could have each machine record your scores to track how you do over time and averages. This could be organized by machine for everyone and then location for personal use since every machine is different.
