They will never respond to any issues. They asked $70 “success fee” on top of the monthly payment with the reason that they will take the money only if they successfully complete the task. Of course I was notified that the task was complete, they took the $70 just to realize afterwards that it was a lie and the whole thing was made up. They never respond to my request of explanation so of course I disputed the charge with my credit card company who immediately gave me a refund, imagine how many people complained. Avoid this. It looks great and they promise whatever you need but the truth is that they only take money. Also, the credits disappear by the end of the month. Another unethical way to do business. They don’t write this anywhere. Disingenuous! ### 3/5 — Neat but needs improvement *2026-08-16, version 2.7.7* Honestly a super useful app that works very well with one caveat. So I had it call Verizon to get an order status, later on it was evident that the order info Verizon gave was wrong so naturally I asked Pine to follow up, it said it needed to make a new task and I had to briefly explain myself, this makes the experience less clean and causes loads of tasks instead of just the one clean task related to the issue. This happens way too often. I’m hoping they change this in the future. ### 5/5 — This can’t be real *2026-08-10, version 2.7.4* Dude, this save me a lot of time! Time is very important for me and this assistant helps me out a lot! ### 5/5 — Game changer *2026-07-30, version 2.6.18* It’s ASTONISHING that this app hasn’t gained more traction than it has. It’s a game changer and for many people, a life changer. I have the $319/yr plan and it’s already saved me $1600+ while successfully handling complaints and a jury duty excusal as an added bonus. Worth every single penny. ### 1/5 — Cancelling Subscription is Impossible *2026-07-28, version 2.6.18* There is no “cancel subscription” tab. You have to contact their customer support to make the request. It’s been over 7days and each day they say I will have an answer within 24HRS and still nothing. Also this app wants to charge you upfront for a “tip” or a higher tier subscription to make your lowering bill attempt. I’ve used other apps that do this and those other apps ask for payment AFTER they successfully do it. With me 19Pine was not successful and now they are dragging it out to cancel my subscription and hikacking my subscription. This App is horrible! Do Not Pay - do Not Sign Up! ### 1/5 — Terrible!! *2026-07-27, version 2.6.18* I have a combine mobile and internet bundle through Xfinity. Pine negotiated the internet bill only but not the mobile bill. So now my internet is actually higher because it based it off the total bill. I have been waiting for the to talk to a rep for two hours now. ### 2/5 — Expensive but good *2026-07-26, version 2.6.18* A $319 annual payment would run me a net negative savings. I would recommend it, but it cost prohibitive.
