### 3/5 — Neat but needs improvement

*2026-08-16, version 2.7.7*

Honestly a super useful app that works very well with one caveat. So I had it call Verizon to get an order status, later on it was evident that the order info Verizon gave was wrong so naturally I asked Pine to follow up, it said it needed to make a new task and I had to briefly explain myself, this makes the experience less clean and causes loads of tasks instead of just the one clean task related to the issue. This happens way too often. I’m hoping they change this in the future.

### 4/5 — Hard to believe it actually works

*2026-06-05, version 2.4.15*

Took a picture of a parking ticket and my receipt, I told the system what’s the problem, and it went and submitted a dispute on my behalf. I got an email confirming the dispute submission. Then help me schedule and cancel some appointments. Seems like it just does those errands for you. My two main concerns are data policy and privacy practices (it seems like while they do not train me models on the data they do retain copies of all the conversations, which is problematic given that to really allow the agent to get things done for you. You do need to give it some personal information.) also for some reason there’s no integration with Google Calendar., so the Assistant is blind to my appointment. I did a workaround with Google app scripts. that sends me an email every time my calendar has changes in it.

### 4/5 — Amazing

*2026-04-23, version 2.2.5*

Good app sometimes slow. Ai assistant is amazing, it always listen to my prompts and give great results.

### 5/5 — Simple and Easy

*2026-04-20, version 2.2.2*

I love how easy and simple it is and how much it saved me already.

### 5/5 — I can see myself using this everyday

*2026-04-19*

I have been using Chat GPT for almost a year now. But over that time there were so many tasks I wish it could do. I’m glad I downloaded Pine AI to assist with that. Which is exactly what it is, an assistant. So far I have set up reminders and a morning wake up call. Since I know I’ll just hit snooze over n over.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for sharing this. We’re really glad to hear that Pine has been helpful as more than just a chat tool and is supporting you with real everyday tasks like reminders and wake-up calls. That’s exactly the kind of practical assistance we want to provide. We truly appreciate your support and are so happy Pine has been useful for you.

### 2/5 — Poor value on split pricing scheme.

*2026-04-11, version 2.1.4*

Time is money, but in this case, money doesn’t buy you enough time in credits.

Between the pricing scheme and the fact that it does require some handholding to accomplish tasks, it’s not worth it.

The idea is fantastic — an AI that actually makes calls, negotiates bills, and handles the stuff I dread doing myself. I was genuinely excited to test it out.
Unfortunately, the execution for monetizing the app falls flat on value.

I burned over 1,300 credits just trying to get vehicle transport quotes. It only managed to plan the task before the 300 free credits ran out on the first day. The next day I spent over 1000 credits (free promo credits for making a referral) which produced one estimate out of three carriers before I ran out of credit again.

It doesn’t tell you upfront how many credits a task will cost. The pricing doesn’t make sense either. You get 4,000 credits for an entire month on the base plan, but they burn through insanely fast.

Even the higher tiers feel like they’d run dry before you get meaningful use. On top of that, when it negotiated any savings, it takes 25% of whatever it saves you (in addition to the credits you burned) — but there’s also this vague “cost recovery fee” if it fails, and they never specify exactly how much that is.

When I asked it to attempt savings on my YouTube Music plan, it didn’t outline a clear final plan in the agreement section on what was considered saving me money, which left me worried it might just downgrade my account to a cheaper plan. (Then I would be using Pine to argue my Pine bill?)

When you couple this, with the fact that it needs a bunch of information in order to accomplish a task and you have to go back-and-forth with it, there’s no value in this app. Yes, it has a lot of useful information and can do things. I prefer not to do, like making phone calls, you have to tell it what you want to do, feed it a bunch of information, approved tasks, and trust that it is going to represent you well. In part, you are doing the same work as before, only dealing with an AI instead of humans.

Bottom line: cool concept, frustrating experience. I couldn’t properly test it because I kept hitting credit walls, and the lack of transparency makes me nervous to commit. Needs way more credits per dollar and the mixed price structure is just not something I want to deal with. Either stick to credits or percentages, not both. If they can offer a better subscription with enough credits and none of this percentage junk, I would give it another try.

### 5/5 — Smooth Experience with Great Features

*2026-04-11, version 2.1.4*

Really impressed with this app! The interface is clean and easy to use, and everything works smoothly without any lag. I especially liked how simple it is to navigate and explore different features. It feels well-designed and user-friendly, even for beginners. Looking forward to future updates with more improvements!

### 5/5 — Smart, Simple, and Money-Saving

*2026-04-09, version 2.1.2*

This app is a great example of how AI can actually make life easier. It’s straightforward to use and takes the hassle out of negotiating bills. The process feels seamless, and the potential savings make it well worth trying. Highly recommended for anyone looking to save time and money with minimal effort.

### 4/5 — Very useful hotel compilations

*2026-04-09, version 2.1.2*

Pine AI helpd me quickly find hotel options and compare prices. The interface is simple and clear.

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-04-08, version 2.1.1*

Pine AI is a smart tool that negotiates bills, cancels subscriptions, and handles customer service for users. It saves time and money with a high success rate and automation. However, it requires sharing sensitive data, which may concern some users despite strong security claims. Overall, it’s useful but trust-dependent.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2026-08-27, version 2.7.13*

It’s good but it’s way too expensive

### 1/5 — Deceiving, dishonest company

*2026-08-25, version 2.7.12*

Avoid giving them money. They will never respond to any issues. They asked $70 “success fee” on top of the monthly payment with the reason that they will take the money only if they successfully complete the task. Of course I was notified that the task was complete, they took the $70 just to realize afterwards that it was a lie and the whole thing was made up. They never respond to my request of explanation so of course I disputed the charge with my credit card company who immediately gave me a refund, imagine how many people complained. Avoid this. It looks great and they promise whatever you need but the truth is that they only take money. Also, the credits disappear by the end of the month. Another unethical way to do business. They don’t write this anywhere. So I hope you read it and do the smart thing to do.

### 1/5 — Free?

*2026-08-20, version 2.7.9*

How can you show In App Cost as none and then ask for money? Disingenuous!

### 1/5 — Cancelling Subscription is Impossible

*2026-07-28, version 2.6.18*

There is no “cancel subscription” tab. You have to contact their customer support to make the request. It’s been over 7days and each day they say I will have an answer within 24HRS and still nothing.
Also this app wants to charge you upfront for a “tip” or a higher tier subscription to make your lowering bill attempt. I’ve used other apps that do this and those other apps ask for payment AFTER they successfully do it.
With me 19Pine was not successful and now they are dragging it out to cancel my subscription and hikacking my subscription.
This App is horrible! Do Not Pay - do Not Sign Up!

### 1/5 — Terrible!!

*2026-07-27, version 2.6.18*

I have a combine mobile and internet bundle through Xfinity. Pine negotiated the internet bill only but not the mobile bill. So now my internet is actually higher because it based it off the total bill. I have been waiting for the to talk to a rep for two hours now.

### 1/5 — No way to end subscription.

*2026-07-22, version 2.6.17*

I've tried contacting their customer support but is just their ai bots that can't do anything. The bot says there should be a cancel button but I have sent them screenshots with no button to do so. This feels super illegal.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-21, version 2.6.15*

Terrible app and customer service. The charges are very iffy you never know what you pay they just deduct your credits. Don’t get fooled with any promotions. Trying to unsubscribe days now and they will not tell me how since it’s impossible to do it through the app. Do not recommend. There are so many better apps out there.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-06-06, version 2.5.0*

They ask for a subscription but then require you to “tip” your AI agent before it does any task.

### 2/5 — Expensive but good

*2026-07-26, version 2.6.18*

A $319 annual payment would run me a net negative savings. I would recommend it, but it cost prohibitive. I would give it a five stars if it actually saved me money, but the cost of the app would put me in debt even further.

### 2/5 — Not Free

*2026-07-10, version 2.6.6*

Originally shows you that you don’t have to pay for the app. Yup it’s free, but to use it you have to pay.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Really works

*2026-08-24, version 2.7.11*

Really works and highly recommended

### 5/5 — This can’t be real

*2026-08-10, version 2.7.4*

Dude, this save me a lot of time! Time is very important for me and this assistant helps me out a lot!

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2026-07-30, version 2.6.18*

It’s ASTONISHING that this app hasn’t gained more traction than it has. It’s a game changer and for many people, a life changer. I have the $319/yr plan and it’s already saved me $1600+ while successfully handling complaints and a jury duty excusal as an added bonus. Worth every single penny.

### 5/5 — The app and the team are super!

*2026-07-24, version 2.6.17*

Pine is insanely good. It feels like using an APP and more like working with a highly capable real system.
A lot of people still think pine is mainly for negotiation bills or dealing with customer service, but it can do much more.
I had more than 3000 and read working emails and opening Gmail honestly made me feel overwhelmed. Pine organized everything by creating labels, folders, filters and rules, then classified and archived emails. It feels like I could breathe again. Now pine routinely check my inbox, organize new emails and. Can even prepare replies on my behalf with my approval before anything is sent. I also Use Pine for operational work. When our team storage is full, I asked Pine to log into the admin console and handle it. When I receive an alert about unexpected high open costs, Pine forwarded the email to my engineers, called them, and followed up to understand what happened.

Previously, those kinds of bothering and not-that-valuable operational work had to be done by myself.I didn't realize my time had been wasted so much until I used Pine.

Pine even provides a dedicated computer where it can install and use tools, including agents inside. The product is incredibly powerful, and the team behind it is clearly exceptional.

Honestly, Pine creates more than 5,000 dollars of value for me every month, at least. I have no idea how they make money at such a price. But anyway, thanks Pine, thanks the team behind it, and thanks this era.

### 5/5 — Awesome

### 5/5 — Best ai

*2026-07-07, version 2.6.5*

Need an agent pine ai is yiur giy ! Or girls ;)

### 5/5 — Pine saved me lots of money

*2026-07-07, version 2.6.4*

Pine has fixed so many problems with billing, repairing my credit report from attempted identity theft, overcharges and more. They notify me if I get an email that looks suspicious. I trust them so much! They are not even that expensive, but they are extremely reliable. I get tickets to shows that would have sold out without them. They are my personal secretary. I don’t even get involved anymore. I never wait on hold, or talk to menu robots. They can do practically everything except wash the dishes.

### 5/5 — Birthday message

*2026-05-30, version 2.4.10*

Works perfect

### 5/5 — Very helpful with those with speech Impediments

*2026-04-26, version 2.2.7*

This app is a lifesaver! Being an individual with a lifelong speech impediment, this app helps with whatever call I need to make.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-04-21, version 2.2.4*

I really love this app. It has been incredibly helpful in creating a clear budget and keeping me on track with reminders based on the plan I set. I’m currently using it to save for a trip to Georgia, and it’s made the process much more organized and manageable. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to stay on top of their finances and reach their savings goals.
