It shows the same info each time I open it until I delete the app then re download it to get it to update. Other then that it good, it’s just pain having to do so. ### 3/5 — Works but a little buggy *2022-05-30* The app works but it may take a day or two and a few quits/restarts before it does. ### 2/5 — Features don’t work *2021-06-22* The app does not work as the Q and A states it should. People you add cannot see photos. I can add to the camp store, send a letter, and see photos my camper is tagged in. I added my husband and several others, but they can only see the blog posts. Not even the info about the counselors or tagged photos of my camper. I tried to remove access for my husband (which I would then reinstate) but it won’t even allow me to remove him. :( ### 3/5 — Check connection and try again *2019-08-06* Why do I continuously each year get this message “check your connection and try again”? The first day it always works but after that I have problems. I have deleted the app and reloaded it several times; I have used different phones; I have checked my connections & all is good. Then it list my son 2 times in campers mail and it said the letter I wrote to him was not sent. My daughter’s went through. I hate to think my son thought we didn’t write to him. Breaks my heart. Other than that it’s been good. ### 2/5 — Great concept, poor execution *2018-07-15* This could be such a great thing for parents, but most of the time the app doesn’t work. When you look at pics from each day in a gallery, some of them are black like they aren’t loading. Some videos just don’t load at all and I have camper mail that I still can’t read and I picked my kid up from camp already. The camp, however, is amazing!! ### 2/5 — Mail quit working *2018-07-15* This app would get 5 stars if it did what it said it would do. It worked great the first day but since then it has stopped working right. It will one time load all of the previous photos and the next time not. Sometimes one of my kids comes through and sometimes all 3. Then the email stopped working which is VERY frustrating! I think it just needs a simple update on that end and increase it’s ability to handle more than one kid and it will be great again. The first two days, my daughter’s (photo tagging) bracelet didn’t work. Then the app just went berserk for 24+hrs. It’s working again, but I still am not getting any new pics of my daughter for the last 48 hrs, and I know she’s been photographed because I her best friend, who is there with her, is getting tagged, and I get those photos from her mom by text. so frustrating. ### 3/5 — Nice concept *2018-07-05* For the exception that I can’t see anything! It worked the first two days - camper mail, account funds, my child being tagged in photos as well as the videos of those days at camp. Since the most recent update I’m not getting any pictures or videos from my kids camp this year. I did receive camper mail and was able to apply more funds to camp store accounts, and I received a couple of photos my kids were tagged in, but it I’m not getting the daily photos or highlights videos. I’m disappointed cause I really look forward to the pictures and my kids love looking for their friends in photos when they get home. When I go to the app store, it shows me to click on the app, but it just takes me back to the same message. Outside of being a parent, invitees cannot send camp mail, receive camp mail, add funds for campers. As an Aunt of a camper who was invited to the app, I wanted to surprise my niece with extra funds to spend, however this isn’t allowed. The same goes for letters also. Why wouldn’t we be able to send and receive mail?? Why have this app and invite family to the app and there is zero access to anything. Photos are not updated regularly and when they are, it’s the same kids in the photos everyday. So I’m am really unsure what this app is supposed to be used for. It’s frustrating because I would love to have this letter. ### 1/5 — Went Downhill *2018-07-24* We’ve loved this app the last two years and had no issues, but it seems the latest update has wreaked havoc on its stability. For a day or two it seemed okay on my phone, but then it quit opening and in order to get it working I had to delete the app and download it again, but now that’s not working. On my iPad I can open it, but the camper balance feature is no longer working. Less pictures have been tagged of my camper this year as well. Not sure if that’s an app issue, photographer issue or my camper is just hiding from the camera this summer. Notifications for when my camper is tagged are either delayed or don’t come at all. Revert back to the old version! My other camper will be there in two weeks. Hoping the app is working better by then. Update: Second camper is now at camp and it’s still not working correctly.
