On top of that, there is no way to reach out to their support from the app. Their chatbot is showing a blank screen and there is no other way to contact support. The delay and lack of proper communication have caused significant inconvenience to my business. If this issue is not resolved immediately by delivering the machine or providing a full refund, I will have no option but to pursue legal action and file a complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities to protect my rights as a customer. However, it has now been 16 days, and I have still not received my EDC machine. What is even more disappointing is that despite my payment being completed, the app/portal is still showing that payment is pending and asking me to pay again. In addition, I am receiving repeated calls stating that my payment is due, even though I have already paid the full amount. I have paid for the device, but I have neither received the machine nor received a proper update regarding the delivery. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. The service is very poor, and I did not expect this from Pine Labs. The delay in delivery, incorrect payment status, and repeated due-payment calls have caused unnecessary inconvenience and affected my business operations. Very disappointed with the overall experience. They gave me machines but did not connect any UPI id with the POS machines and because of that i cannot recieve online payments. When i complained through email and pine labs app they closed my multiple complaints without resolution. Above that their employees stopped responding to my calls. Visited their office in sector 62 noida 3 times, still no resolution. I feel cheated. Request everyone to purchase their POS machines and QR standees at their own risk. During onboarding they clearly said “No Charges”, but after starting the service multiple charges are deducted regularly. MDR charges are also applied monthly, which was never properly disclosed. When I complained about these hidden charges, the support team did not provide any proper solution. Even after requesting them to close and deactivate the machine, they are not responding and the device is still active. This feels completely misleading and unprofessional. Businesses expect transparency from a payment service provider, but here the experience has been the opposite. Overall very poor service, hidden charges, and worst support. I am a local shop owner, and I trusted Pine Labs based on their reputation, but the entire process turned out to be a disaster. Initially, they processed my first Mini POS machine with my correct shop name but attached the wrong bank account number. When I informed them about their mistake, instead of correcting it, they told me that the account number could not be changed and asked me to order a new machine. They assured me that the first machine would be deactivated and refunded. I agreed and ordered a second machine. This time, they entered the correct bank account number but the wrong shop name. Again, the machine became useless. They then promised to refund both machines and provide a third one. This issue started in 2024, and now even 2025 has passed, but I have still not received any proper resolution or refund. Their support team kept calling repeatedly about changing DBA, account details, and name correction, but nothing was actually resolved. No accountability, no proper support, and no professionalism. They even collected one of the machines from me and made me sign documents, but after that, they completely stopped responding to emails and refund requests. They have taken back the machine and also kept my money. This is completely unacceptable. Due to their incompetence and lack of support, I was forced to stop using Pine Labs and switch to Paytm POS, which works perfectly without any issues. I strongly do NOT recommend Pine Labs Mini POS to anyone. Their service is extremely poor, their team is irresponsible, and their refund process is unreliable. This company has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and wasted a lot of my valuable time. I am writing this as a final escalation regarding the persistent and unresolved issues I have been facing with Pine Labs POS machine at my establishment. Despite multiple complaints raised with their escalation team, no meaningful or lasting resolution has been provided so far. The ongoing problems are severely affecting my daily business operations and customer experience. I would like to formally bring the following concerns to everyone’s attention: 1. Without my consent or written approval, services such as AMEX acceptance and Same Day Settlement have been activated on my POS, resulting in automatic charges. At other times, essential services like UPI payments or card payment facilities are deactivated without prior notice, causing direct revenue loss. 2. Charges for newly activated services are levied automatically without clear communication, consent, or documentation. This is unacceptable and lacks transparency. 3. When issues are reported, technicians often replace the POS machines without ensuring proper data synchronization, configuration, or menu accuracy. This results in missing data, incorrect settings, and operational disruptions. 4. Several UPI transactions are automatically reversed or refunded to customers due to POS errors. This forces us to repeatedly follow up with customers, damaging trust and consuming significant operational time. 5. Even basic tasks such as menu editing are not handled correctly, despite repeated instructions, leading to billing errors at the counter. Overall, the quality of service, technical competence, and professionalism of the operational teams handling these issues has been extremely disappointing.
