运气好会得到回复。碰到问题需要解决了就玩失踪，其实是很小的问题，结果死活不给我处理。目前已经失踪三天了，一句回复也没有，追问了还是不理人。而且客服就只有这一个微信号，只要他不想理你，天大的事情也投诉无门。

之前用过一次体验也不是很好。app通知已到货，但是到了取货点都没发现根本没有到货，白跑一趟。取货点的人说，送错是常有的事。第二天再来拿，所有的货都堆在一起，让你自己拿，没人来核对身份。自己的货如果被别人拿走也不知道。

本来想再试一次这家。结果遇上这样的客服。这一笔单结束以后再见。各位正在考虑转运的，千万不要用这家。

Customer service of Pineconego is my biggest complaint. Not very responsive; and just like what the other review said, also a little rude when making up for their own mistakes.
