How come I enter all of my login details and then the app crashes? It's got 1 star as I like the idea of logging in from home, but is not working so I'm really annoyed

Thanks, that has made the brilliant app almost perfect. Cannot understand why Pinnacle desktop users would not want to use this. 
Makes life simple especially for our fleet dept, when they are out visiting customers it portrays us in the desired professional manner.
