If recorded through the app they disappear and need to be redone, which means doing them all over again, in various states, for the same thing to happen over and over again. Can’t wait for my work to begin using something more reliable. Some of us have to justify every minute of our time and don’t have the luxury of sitting on our arses in an office pressing lots of buttons for a living. Used to work ok with some minor issues but recently I can’t even clock in or log on and off jobs makes the app completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2023-01-05, version 3.38.11* The app barely ever works, constantly signs you out even one second after signing in. If you are lucky enough to have a version of the software that is working then I wouldn’t update it as the current version on the App Store is unfit for use. The amount of time you have to spend trying to login or clock onto jobs is having a negative impact on productivity, more minutes spent on your device than actually fixing cars. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, if you look at previous reviews these issues have been going back 3 years. The same copy paste response by the developer promising it’s been fixed, trust me it has not. ### 1/5 — Expired loop *2023-01-05, version 3.38.11* The app is broken again. When you log in first thing in a morning it is saying “your session has expired” and sends you back to the login screen. Log in again and it says the same thing again in a constant loop. Only way out of the loop is to delete the app and reinstall it. As I use the app every day it’s a pain. This is supposed to save time, but it wastes it. Had low expectations after reading the reviews but it’s worse than I thought. I cannot stress how bad this is. Slows my work down always stopping working kicking me off the app during use, and closing down causing me to start my health check all over again. I missed the birth of my first child, just so I could have a play about with all the cool settings it has. ### 5/5 — Absolutely brilliant. *2018-11-27, version 3.0.13* It’s very stable, the ability to quickly take photos that remain in “Documents” helps immensely for warranty audits. It’s a must have for any Pinewood/Pinnacle technician. Where others say “It’s slow/crashes” that’s indicative of their local network/broadband speed. In a normal business broadband environment it work fine. ### 3/5 — Total hours sold?? *2025-01-17, version 4.3.6* I'd like to know my total sold hours as the day goes on ### 3/5 — Doesn’t seem to improve *2023-07-27, version 3.38.29* The app has had many updates the whole time I been using it (4 years) but never actually seems to improve. It’s very slow when changing between jobs etc it takes too long and wastes time especially if your going to clock to authorise idle to help someone quickly. Also need a way to see old health checks from a technician use of the app and be able to view other jobs without having to clock off the one your working on. Apart from that the app works well tbh one little thing that would be a good idea is to have a option to fill in a reason why you clocked on to authorised idle so the workshop control etc can see it instead of having to tell them each time. ### 3/5 — Ok *2020-05-29, version 3.29.4* This app works ok. Sometimes cuts out when doing a video. Could do with being able to see previous health checks not just invoices ### 2/5 — It's good when it works *2018-11-28, version 3.0.13* The health check sometimes will not save it clears all you have typed in when trying to save the health check.
