I do hope it gets fixed as I would love to get the background. ### 1/5 — So bad *2026-06-16, version 2.6* It just doesn't work. The pins are really awesome when they were, but the app only works like 1% of the time. I have tried it on many different phones, android and iOS and it's just abysmal. I would gladly make my own app if they would just give me the API ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work at all *2026-04-18, version 2.6* The app doesn’t even remotely respond to my pin even in different lighting conditions and using the recommended focusing techniques. ### 4/5 — Many improvements made *2026-04-02, version 2.6* Many improvements made in the newest update. AR images are now more stable when snapping to the object. It also looks like the camera is able to focus more effectively with the app now. I reached out to customer service, which told me multiple times that they were working on a new build to be able to have at work and still nothing and no feedback. I would’ve returned them if I knew this was going be a problem. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for MTG pin *2026-03-08, version 2.5* It still doesn’t work for the Magic: The Gathering card back pin (as of March 2026). Me and several friends with different phones, even on Android, tried it with no luck getting it to work. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-03-02, version 2.5* App doesn’t work and customer service is non existent. Ordered 7 pins with one being damaged in the package, and none of them work in the app. I reached out to Pinfinity a week earlier and have yet to receive a response. ### 1/5 — Update the app *2025-11-21, version 2.5* I recent bought a collection of these AR pins. They make it seem like it’s just as easy as point the camera at the pin and watch the animation….I even watched YouTube vids on how to do this…it doesn’t work!
