It ask me to update firmware but app already the latest version.

“The current firmware is not supported, please update the app to the latest version”

Please help to add feature especially for model RACE 7 with actual charging duration and time. I also found that in the Historical Charging Record, sometimes the Charged data in accurate for example charged for 9 hour but only 1.5kWh
