The app is a little glitchy *2024-04-04, version 3.10.0* LOVE the platform! Has been GREAT for our culture. But the app is quite glitchy. WiFi on or off and I’ll often have to open the app multiple times to get things to load. Often the employee card will load without their details and I’ll have to restart the app. ### 2/5 — Very Glitchy *2023-08-11, version 3.8.0* The app is very glitchy and freezes regularly. The following year, it automatically renewed in spite of the fact that my credit card had been canceled. I asked for cancellation and reimbursement at that time. Ping board refused. Then it happened again this year each time for 1700+ dollars! While the charge was still pending, I immediately tried to cancel with both my credit card and the company. They allowed the charge to go through and Pin board will not reimburse me even though I’ve tried to cancel over a two year period. They have you emailing back-and-forth with bots and admittedly have almost no human interaction. The sync to contacts feature syncs all the Pingboard people to your main contact folder. I do not want this to happen, as my main contacts are personal, separate from my work contacts.
