• Message templates — save the messages you send most often and drop
  them into a ping in one tap.
• Broadcast groups — build a group once, then ping everyone in it at
  the same time and see exactly who it reached.
• Voice pings — hold the mic button to record and send a voice message
  when typing is too slow.
• Shift status — set yourself On, On Break, or Off. Teammates who are
  off shift are hidden from the recipient list, so your ping always
  goes to someone who can answer.
• "Need help now" — a dedicated urgent button that sends for help in
  one tap, no typing required.
• Apple Watch — pings arrive on your wrist and you can reply straight
  from the watch.
• Custom initials — add up to three initials to your profile, shown
  next to your name.
• Share PingApp with a teammate directly from Settings.
