Suddenly the number is gone. I still have coins in bank. They say I must sign up with new plan that has new prices to get my number back. When asked specific questions about why this happened, why I didn’t receive notice and how to prevent it from happening. I only received vague answers. I asked what level of coins was needed to keep the amount and they just said « sufficient ». No real policy was given. So it seems they took away my number to get me to sign up with the higher prices. I rely on this number for my elderly father far away all his nurses and doctors had it and it had disappeared for who knows how long. Also inconsistant communication.
