## What is PingMon?

PingMon is the companion app for your PingMon network-monitoring server. Keep an eye on your infrastructure, respond to alerts, and manage on-call duty — right from your phone or tablet.

Sign in with your organisation's single sign-on and everything you monitor is in your pocket: live dashboards, firing alerts you can acknowledge with a swipe, and the on-call schedule — with a push notification the moment something goes down.

DASHBOARDS
• Custom dashboards built from live widgets
• Device status grids, latency / loss / throughput charts, summary stats and more
• A single stacked column on phone; a full multi-column grid on iPad

ALERTS
• A live list of firing alerts with severity, device and rule
• Swipe to acknowledge — or acknowledge straight from the push notification
• Tap any alert for full context, escalation step, and timing

ON-CALL
• See who is on call right now and when your next shift starts
• Take on-call, or cover for a colleague, in a couple of taps
• Your upcoming shifts at a glance

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified the instant an alert fires while you're on call
• Acknowledge without even opening the app
