So I have to give it a 1 star. If it worked for me I’d give a higher rating. ### 1/5 — Loading *2026-06-20, version 6.4* I’ve download and uninstalled this app several times and it does not go passed the loading page which is a bummer cause I was looking forward to using the app instead of their website for ease of access. ### 1/5 — App sucks *2026-05-23, version 6.4* The app never loads for me. There’s no sign in/up option. ### 2/5 — More Cons than Pros for me *2023-11-29, version 5.7* I’ve placed three orders with this company. I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking. ### 2/5 — Too many notifications *2023-07-26, version 5.3* I love the app. I want notifications for new product launches, but not at the expense of having 4-5 notifications EVERY single day.
