I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking. ### 2/5 — Too many notifications *2023-07-26, version 5.3* I love the app. I want notifications for new product launches, but not at the expense of having 4-5 notifications EVERY single day. There really needs to be notification settings added. ### 3/5 — Have been receiving my backpacks bent *2022-02-16, version 3.4* My mom placed her first order with Pink A La Mode and she ordered me a backpack for my birthday and mine came in bent from the top. I placed an order as well and I received my maleficent backpack bent from the sides. I really love the backpacks they are beautiful and the prices are amazing. But, I don’t like that I am receiving my backpacks bent. It’s is now almost April and my order still has not even shipped. I understand that one of my items was a pre order, but it was expected to arrive in January. This is ridiculous as everytime I attempt to contact the company they give me the same automated answer. It doesn’t help that they do not have a phone number, so it’s difficult to resolve issues that come up in your order. ### 1/5 — Pop-up notification overload *2022-01-15, version 3.3* I got this app for ease of shopping on their page. I get 14 to 17 pop-up notifications every single day. And you can’t turn them off without turning off all notifications. Glad they no longer use FedEx for shipping because my delivery person throws the boxes vs gently placing them on my porch. I don’t have to worry about the quality of the items when they are licensed and authentic. Love the variety of not just clothing but collectibles as well. My husband doesn’t complain about how many boxes I get because he has a Star Wars Funkopop addiction and is currently at 120. From excellent product to the live shows that not only show you their awesome products but have a since of friendship in their presentations that liven up your day. Since joining this app it has become a family favorite not just for shopping but a show that your excited to see what is next. It is also very informative and updated on new fads. Without them I would have never learned of my newest obsession figpins and with out them telling me how it works may not be this into it. If you haven’t tried it then you need to try it. They have a ton of fun Disney and pop culture merchandise. This is also a great place to get Funko pop and FigPins. They are very friendly and fun. The app is definitely the easiest way to shop with them, it’s easy to navigate and shop. I recommend shopping while they are live so you see the new stuff, if something you really love sells out preauthorize it on the app. That way if someone else decides not to get it you’ll be at the top of the list.
