This app is actually fine once you’re in…the problem is that even when WiFi is perfect and everything else is working fine. This app fails to open and says there is “No WiFi”. I’d estimate that only 1 in 10 attempts actually opens it. Any tips or tricks to improve this would be much appreciated.

Full of scam profiles, limited functionality. Very few filter options, unable to swipe left if not interested. Doesn’t seem to be a way to contact support, will have to file dispute with bank.

This app has a lot of catfish, the ladies there are not real. I joined the app and paid for 3months when I discovered after a 4 days that the app was a scam I requested for a refund of the remaining months I have not used and the app sent me a link where they want me to pay same amount I paid for 3months for one month. They claim that I have used the app already. This app is a scam please do not subscribe. Scam scam scam, do not subscribe! Imagine just replying me after over 6months. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Had a profile up.. they prob are scrapping it to reuse for their own scammers.. I make a complaint as someone has ever single marker for defrauding they put your contact in WhatsApp it’s a 216 area code not even from where they are.. their photo doesn’t display as a real person oh and no additional info which means their doing this on a computer. Yet the fraudster doesn’t get disciplined when you file a complaint.. meaning well pink Cupid supports fraudsters or are part of the scam. And even when I send a rebuttal within about a min even with a self photo holding up a date time and then screen shot  that they determine it’s fake . They prob terminated my account because of they were caught red handed instead of seeing I am a real person. What do I want proof my account is gone as it’s my personal privacy  because I’ve thought about paying but after this treatment. Even with proof . Most likely their system is all a bot with a response that quickly.

Everyone on there is there to scam you. They’re all asking for money. And the only ones who aren’t asking for money can barely string two sentences together. It’s been a horrible experience. I’ve gotten screwed so many times. Thankfully I’ve never given anyone money but boy they haven’t stopped trying. It’s ridiculous.

Beaucoup de faux profils qui ont volés les photos de femmes et créant des profils avec leurs photos. Très déçu, beaucoup de temps pour filtrer. Beaucoup d’énergie et des demandes d’argent au bout de quelques temps, une honte. J’en ai fait les frais de quatre personnes.

Cette application est une honte. À peine mon profil terminé, je suis déjà suspendue alors que je n’ai strictement rien fait de mal. Je cherchais simplement une relation stable, sincère, avec une autre femme — rien d’anormal.
Et pourtant, suspension immédiate, sans la moindre explication.

En plus, on voit défiler des profils d’hommes alors que l’application est censée être destinée aux lesbiennes ou, au minimum, aux femmes qui aiment les femmes. Une vaste blague.

Franchement, passez votre chemin : faux profils, modération incohérente, perte de temps et d’énergie. Une vraie déception.

Unfortunately I downloaded this app and immediately after while I was adding photos/making my profile (which took forever to find btw why is theprofile editor hidden?) they shut my account down. Not a single swipe and boom banned. They requested a photo of my id and my personal info to be unbanned. Huge scam alltogether profiting off of queer women…

This app is a waste of time and money. It doesn’t seem that there is an actual real person on it. You are bombarded with likes and messages from scammers and bots. The conversations are generic and fake and they want you to immediately go to another app, zangi, to keep up the conversation. Scammers delight. Don’t waste your time or money.

Very disappointing experience. I strongly regret paying for this app.

Within a short time of joining, I encountered multiple suspicious and fake-looking profiles using stolen photos, emotionally manipulative behaviour, and even abusive language from users after questioning suspicious activity. For a paid platform, the moderation and safety standards felt extremely poor.

What made the experience worse was the customer support response. Despite providing screenshots and evidence, my concerns were repeatedly answered with template responses while my refund request was dismissed simply because the membership had technically been “used.”

I understand no dating platform can guarantee every profile is genuine, but the volume of suspicious accounts and inappropriate interactions I experienced made the app feel unsafe and untrustworthy.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before spending money on this platform. Evidence and screenshots of my experience can be provided if required.

The people who said the app is loaded with scammers and fake profile —-are 100% correct!!  I have never come across another dating app filled with people with fake profiles. And the company tries to charge you twice and they resist refunding you.

No trial, poor user experience, and low-quality photos not a great start. Most users appear inactive, so there’s barely any engagement. I lasted less than five minutes before logging out. I requested a refund and didn’t get it, which made the experience even worse. Would not recommend.

Never in my life had so many fake profiles and people that actually seem real and turn out to be just another fake. If you’re a glutton for punishment, then let them torture you emotionally AND charge you for it at 30 bucks a month. I’m sure they don’t refund because they say how WE can “report” people after the fact oh yay how about at least try to protect your customers ahead of time. Again. Worst dating app I have ever used!

Bonjour, I have experience in designing web applications and it’s essential that info be find within two - three clicks. This is not the case here. I cannot find a search feature that will help me move from one member/conversation to another without going through an elaborate back and forth process between screens. It’s quite frustrating and a lot of time wasted. A search option would be a great improvement. If I have missed this feature please let me know. Merci.
