내용이나 할 것 들이 부족한듯 합니다. 12개월 멤버스 끊었는데 중도 구독취소하는경우 환불처리는 어떻게되나요?

My toddler thoroughly enjoys learning from the pink Fong series.The content is engagingHowever there are two major issues that I have with the application library.
1.There is no off-line mode for the app. When we are off of Wi-Fi or in a restaurant with low reception the app goes back to demo mode and does not allow access to the premium purchase content. We have experienced this several times where we have to go back online and click restore to be able to access the paid contact again.
2. There is an updated content once you buy the app. It would be nice to see some new content whenever there’s an update however we have had these apps for five months now and have not yet seen anything new loaded in the app.As you can see from the version history this app hasn’t been updated in over two years. It would be nice to see new contact especially when they have a subscription-based pay model;Why are you subscribe when there’s no new content?!?

I have brought 8 of your apps, for my sons Amazon Kindle, but when I try to play them on his iPad, it says “I have no purchases or downloads” when I have paid for all of them.
I have clicked on the restore button and no good.

전체적으로 파닉스 종류가 많이 부족해요

Pinkfongのアニメーションとフォニックスが好きで購入したいのですが、ダウンロードできないとのレビューがあり心配です。
バグ修正のアップロードは3ヶ月前にもあったみたいですが、現在は有料ダウンロードも問題なくできる状態なのでしょうか？

I hate the app and has too much ads that are ridiculous. I will delete the app for that. Meanwhile, on this day, I’m too bad a bit.

Don't take this game. They will ask you to pay £9,99 for the game but it is just a few things extra. And if your child wants to play another game (they offer it) you have to pay another £9,99 extra.

一年前にダウンロードして、iphone買い換えた後でも引き続き再ダウンロード出来てます。
