펜슬 사용하는데 따라쓰기랑 동물친구들 두개에서 인식오류가 심해요. 터치가 아니라 계속 필기모드로 떠서 펜슬로 어플을 이용할 수가 없어요. 따라쓰기인데 펜슬이 아니라 손가락으로 해야해서 아이가 하기 싫대요ㅠ 앱 버그인가요ㅠ

댓글에 취소신청 방법 보고 취소 했더니 지금 취소해도 내년 11월까지 어플 사용 가능 하다고 하는 거 보면 
취소해야하는 기간이 지났다고 하는거 같은데….

I purchased this app for my 2 year old because the animation and songs are great and there are a lot of things for him to trace between the alphabet, numbers, and lots of shapes.

I give it 3 stars because although I already paid over $10 for this app, there are still ads in it. Every time we open the app, the ad will pop up and prevent you from using the locked letters etc until you click on the ad. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought it. There are other apps to learn tracing with.

I paid for Pinkfong Plus. It never worked. I emailed the company for help. What they suggested didn’t work. I have have had all the apps included in Pinkfong Plus for several months and have never been able to use any of them.

Got this app because the Pinkfong products are great but the Pinkfong Plus subscription I got is supposed to give you access to all the apps but only lets me have access to one? I’ve tried everything and it won’t work.

Made me pay twice and then once I had paid didn’t allow us to u lock any of the extra games or features so money wasted. Never again will I get these games for my children.

다른 어플은 덜한데, 따라쓰기는 하루에 꼭 한두번, 가끔은 어플을 사용중인데도 갑자기 구매항목이 초기화됩니다. 그럴때마다 아기는 짜증내고 이게 반복되니 꽤 스트레스네요. 빠른 개선 부탁드립니다.
