For an adult playing content for kids, it very much needs a timer feature to end play when an episode is completed. It eventually fixed itself though. Now we have been trying to listen to the belt, the necklace, and Barbra episode of Grimm, Grimmer, Grimmest on the pinna app and the same problem happens, except it has been a day already and we tried everything we could to fix it. Please fix this if you can so that this doesn’t happen again. We have tried to contact support multiple times, and the expectations of response time are completely arbitrary. Usually, assuming we even get a response (more often than not we don’t) it isn’t until WEEKS after the email submission. My daughter hasn’t really listened to it much in terms the past few days so I decided to cancel while we are still in the free trial window. Here are the instructions for cancellation for website signups: Login to the website. (Done) Click on “manage subscription.” (Can’t do because it is not listed. Tried “Membership Status” instead. The only options monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no button or link to cancel. I responded to the email I received after signing up and got an automated response that said they will respond in two to three days. (Which is after the trial is due to end) They apparently use Zendesk for user support. It’s outsourced to people who don’t care. I don’t know another parents, but I don’t have enough time as it is. I don’t need to bring an app or company into my life that doesn’t respect my time. If I get billed I’ll submit a dispute with my bank. My advice to other parents is to save your time, whatever sanity you have left and your money. Many local libraries offer access to audiobooks free through the Libby app. Check with yours before getting tangled up in this Pinna trap. ### 1/5 — App will not play audio when minimized. *2026-03-24, version 3.0.4* Your latest update brought back a previous bug. Every single podcast, stories, shows, books are amazing. The language and the content is absolutely incredible and good for kids. It’s one of the rare app that you can leave your kid alone with. I am trying to convince school board to let me donate one or two membership. Xtra Blurt started it all for us, but now she’s got a a growing lists of “favorites.” We all love Grim, Grimmer, Grimmest! The content in this app is safe enough that I don’t really have to monitor what she listens to. The characters and hosts in each podcast are memorable and easy to listen to (for the most part 😉). The creativity, whether in content or presentation, is perfect for many age groups.
