Have had a decent amount of security problem with pinnacle when I first set up my account so I decided to just keep my credit card and it says a lot that I don’t have credit and are holding my payments for extended periods of time even though I always pay in full probably will cancel my card with them

This app used to work just fine, but after an iOS update, the app quit working. When I try to log in, the app crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times, but nothing helps. My husband has the same phone and iOS and his works just fine.

Why do you need a separate app to “control” your card? Fire whoever thought if this horrible way to do “simple banking”. I most likely will close my account because this makes things harder than it should be. Locked out for 30 min because it didn’t register my address?

The app works great, but for one thing: the login coding is hosed for fingerprint ID. It asks for my print three times, acting like it's caught in a loop or something. Fix it!
