What is the point of having touch instant balance if it doesn’t work? Also it looks outdated and features are outdated. Definitely not as nice as my previous bank. This has been an issue across multiple updates, it’s time to get this fixed… don’t you think? Even when the phone updates, the settings should be remembered and restored on the update, but this happens all the time, not just with updates! I have iPhone 14 ProMax iOS#17.3.1 The PB app is current. It would almost be better to not have this feature at all than to keep shutting it off all the time; I mean, if you say something has “this feature or that feature,” you kinda raise the level of expectation, don’t you? For example, if you get married, like Jacob did with Leah (Genesis 29:17, 23~25), then wake up the next morning and discover she’s “butt ugly,” which he did, then you’re wanting start investing it time travel! Ok that’s a bad example, so If you buy a car that claims it has a heater, you may not bundle up quite so much in the winter. If you expect heat, and it quits working all the time, then the car ends up in the repair shop, right? That where this app needs to be! Please fix this, it’s annoying! On the other hand, maybe my phone has a “Spiritual Issue,” like the one James describes here… James 1:23-24 (NLT): For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. The app is down or out of service almost once every day it seems. I am currently sitting at a gas station trying to get gas and it won’t let me so I go to look at my bank account and the app is down. It says to call them. They close at 5pm and it is currently 8:45pm. Wouldn’t be a problem if they could get their app figured out but instead it’s down 24/7.
