It doesn’t send a reset password email and locks employees out. ### 1/5 — Unable to install app due to age restrictions *2024-01-22* My daughter needs access to this app for her work. She is 15 but age restrictions prevent the app being installed until she is 17. I have contact pinnacle they said they can not do anything about. I have been loosing shifts because of that .. and I have to open the app all the time t check is there is any shifts available, what is very annoying as well.
