When I first downloaded, it seemed to be working fine. Then after adding funds suddenly none of the packages are available. **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand your concern, particularly because the issue occurred immediately after you added funds to your account. PinPullz is a new service, and during our first week of operation we encountered a software issue that could prevent some customers from accessing available pin packages. We have identified and corrected the issue and are actively monitoring the system. Our records currently indicate that your funds were not lost. However, we are reviewing your account and transaction history to verify that completely. If you were charged for anything you did not receive, we will make it right. We apologize for the experience.
