The app appears to be a scam. When I first downloaded, it seemed to be working fine. Then after adding funds suddenly none of the packages are available.

**Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand your concern, particularly because the issue occurred immediately after you added funds to your account.

PinPullz is a new service, and during our first week of operation we encountered a software issue that could prevent some customers from accessing available pin packages. We have identified and corrected the issue and are actively monitoring the system.

Our records currently indicate that your funds were not lost. However, we are reviewing your account and transaction history to verify that completely. If you were charged for anything you did not receive, we will make it right.

We apologize for the experience. This is certainly not how we want to introduce someone to PinPullz, and we appreciate you bringing the problem to our attention.

Please contact us at support@pinpullz.com so we can personally verify your account, confirm your balance, and make sure you are able to use the app successfully.

I reached out with a question and they were very quick and helpful in answering me.  I love that I can sell back pins that I don’t want and that I can view what is in a pack and what my chances are before purchasing.

I LOVE how this app lets me see what I’ve won. You’ve made it an enjoyable experience. And even better than that - I love that we don’t waste any time or money if I want to trade back a pin. I love that I can even do that!  Happy so far 👍👍
