## What is PinShot?

Sound familiar?

- You took a photo of an amazing meal, but can't remember where the restaurant was
- Finding that one photo in your camera roll feels impossible

PinShot was born to solve exactly that: a photo-map journal that organizes your memories by WHERE they happened. Take a photo, and it's automatically pinned to the map — photo and place, connected forever.

■ Shoot, and it's on the map
Photos taken with the in-app camera are pinned to your current location. Import from your photo library, too — GPS data (EXIF) is read automatically, so even years-old photos land on the map. Photos without location data can be placed with a tap.

■ Zoom through your memories
Start with the whole map at a glance. The deeper you zoom, the bigger and clearer your pins and photos become. Nearby pins group automatically, so the map stays clean no matter how much you record.

■ Not just food
A perfect bowl of ramen, a breathtaking sunset, a cozy café, your favorite walking path — save any place you'd want to visit again.

■ Filter by tags and time
Create colorful tags like “Scenic,” “Ramen,” or “Café.” On-device AI suggests tags from your photos (nothing ever leaves your device). Combine period and tag filters: “last summer only,” “scenic views only” — your call.

■ Name the place with one tap
PinShot suggests nearby places for each photo. Add a 5-star rating and notes, and watch your personal food map grow.

■ Save places you WANT to visit
Bookmark restaurants and views as “want to go” pins. Take a photo near one, and it turns into a visited spot — want-to-go and been-there, connected on one map.

■ Trips become albums, automatically
Spots captured on consecutive days are grouped into trips like “Trip to Kyoto,” with a route map and a chronological photo grid.

■ The whole world counts
Traveling abroad? The world map colors in every country you've visited, alongside the Japan prefecture conquest map.

■ Multiple photos per spot
The dish, the storefront, the menu — keep them all on a single pin. Imports can group nearby photos automatically.

■ “Years ago today”
A gentle morning notification resurfaces photos you took on this day in past years.

■ More goodies
- Automatic iCloud sync (your data survives phone upgrades)
- Spotlight search integration
- One-tap directions in your maps app
- Folder-based backup & restore
- Face ID app lock

■ Privacy first
Your memories live only on your device and in your own iCloud. No account, no developer server, no ads. AI tagging runs entirely on-device.

Stop wondering “where was that place?” — put your memories on the map with PinShot.
