Pint Please is a work of genius, for people who enjoy a good pint, and enjoy slating a bad one. A fantastic community, with a great spirit, and a great way to explore the world of beers, ales, and largers that you never knew existed.

Klasse App. Macht immer wieder Spaß. Leider funktioniert seit einiger Zeit die Funktion „ein Bier hinzufügen“ nicht mehr. Auch die Möglichkeit ein Feedback über die App zu schreiben geht bei mir nicht mehr.

I've been using this for a few years now, and i'm happy with it. The previos version seemed a bit better and faster. 
The barcode scans work  for nearly all the beers, which is a nice feature.
You can review the beers and collect badges for different types and countries.

Mehr ASO bitte, damit die App auch bekannter wird. (Unter der Suche nach „Bier“ nicht zu finden.)
Kleiner Tipp: eine Art Bewertungsliste anhand von „offiziellen“ Kriterien wäre super

Sehr schade habe diese App vor dem letzten Update sehr gerne genutzt. Jetzt ist alles unübersichtlich und es macht einfach keinen Spaß mehr sich dort zu recht zu finden. 😒

Just downloaded this app and checked out the lord Nelson in Ansley where I work.  Apparently our beer in made by the Victory Brewing Company in the United States! Funny I always thought it was brewed by the Sperrin's in our microbrewery in the garden! Not a good start eh "pint please" App!! ?!? ;-)

I love the idea of the app but very few pubs listed and those that are (all the ones I checked) don't even have a beer list. Think the developers are banking on its users doing the work for them but do hope it becomes a more useful and comprehensive app in the future.

Das neue Design ist zwar schön, aber wesentlich unübersichtlicher und weniger intuitiv zu bedienen als die Vorgängerversion. Klassischer Fall von overengineering. Design follows function wurde hier völlig ignoriert. Ich hätte lieber wieder die alte Plattform zurück. 

Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Datenbankqualität der Bier herausragend und die User halten sich an die Nettiquette.

Leider lässt sich die Sichtbarkeit (öffentlich/privat) derzeit nicht umstellen.

You can only scan barcodes, meaning only beers you get in supermarkets can be scanned; it also doesn't allow you to go and tick off beers you've had previously if the barcode isn't there in front of you. Most beers aren't even bottled, especially from microbreweries; you should be able to scan the pump clip too.

Otherwise, works fine like intended even if the labels it gives you are more than slightly condescending.

I love the app and have used it lots so thought I’d pay £5 for some extra stats. I don’t think they’re that useful now that I have them - I wish they included a map of where I’ve tried different drinks or features like that. The worst part is I’ve tried to contact pint please for feedback but with no response - their ‘send feedback’ button doesn’t even work

**Developer response:** Viewing my tasted beers in a map is a good idea and we will include it in our feature idea list. Currently only places I've visited can be seen in a map. "Send feedback" should open the email client. Please contact us again if this is not functioning and we can fix it. We are always eager to get feedback! Cheers!

If you want to find out about a pint before you buy it then this website is massively helpful. If you want to find out who is serving your favourite pint then this is helpful too. If you want to enjoy sharing your opinion on the pint in your hand then this is the most fun website to do that.

Die beste von den Bierbewertungsapps. Ist in fast allen Belangen besser als Untappd oder BeerTasting, nur gibt es dort noch nicht ganz so viele Biere wie auf den anderen Apps und die Übersicht der Länder ist bei BT ein bisschen besser. Ansonsten wirklich sehr gut.

Great work by the pint please team when I had an issue with the app they resolved the issue really quickly. I love this app scanning beers, reading reviews and rating brews. I especially enjoy finding a beer no one has reviewed yet and adding it to the database. I also love the beer stats function. Couple of improvements I would suggest would be being able to easily search your back catalogue of beers you’ve tried to see whether you’ve already drank a beer before and have a really easy way to contact the team if you have issues with the app I can’t find an easy way to contact you guys so resorted to doing it via the app review. Having said that Thanks for a great app and great support.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble! We have fixed this issue which affected our users having iOS 16.1. New version 2.1.88 is now available in the App Store. We'd appreciate it if you could adjust your star rating if the new version works again as expected. Cheers! :)

Just love this app. It’s fun to use, feeling you are part of a community of like minded beer fans. It is invaluable if you are unsure of what beers to try, just open Pint Please, scan a beer and it gives you user ratings. If you use it enough it becomes a very useful database of your own favourites.

Ich nutze die App nun schon seit etwa 3-4 Jahren und habe auch seit dem letzten Update keine Probleme dabei. Die App ist super und es ist auch ein kleines Hobby geworden, verschiedene Biersorten zu testen. 

Das einzige was wirklich richtig richtig nervig ist, ist die automatische Blitz Funktion beim Einscannen von den Barcodes. Der Blitz ist so übertrieben hell, dass er scheinbar auch der Kamera die Netzhaut wegbrennt und diese nie, also wirklich nie, den barcode erkennt und man diesen, auch bei Nutzung vor wenigen Sekunden, immer wieder manuell ausschalten muss. 

Ansonsten super App 👍🏼
