## What is Pinwork?

Pinwork is a private, native task planner for the Apple devices you already use. Capture what needs doing, choose when you will work on it, and turn planned work into time in Apple Calendar.

CAPTURE THE WHOLE TASK
In Quick Add, type a natural English sentence such as “Feed the dog every day at 7pm for 15 minutes, by Friday, add to calendar.” Pinwork can extract the schedule, time, recurrence, estimate, Deadline, tags, project, and Calendar command in one pass. You stay in the flow instead of opening a series of menus.

TURN TASKS INTO CALENDAR TIME
Create a real, linked Apple Calendar event from any scheduled task, or let Pinwork add scheduled tasks automatically. When sets the event time. Your estimate sets its duration. A Deadline can become a Calendar alert. Calendar Peek shows selected events beside your tasks, and linked titles, notes, When dates, and estimates stay aligned when you edit the task or event. Each event includes a link back to its Pinwork task.

PLAN WITH WHEN AND DEADLINE
When is the date or time you intend to work. Deadline is the latest time the task must be finished. Keeping them separate lets you plan early without losing sight of the date that cannot move.

SEE THE WORK YOUR WAY
Open Today, browse another date, or review Upcoming. Preview future recurring occurrences without filling the database with duplicate tasks. Filter and sort by the details that matter, organize with projects, tags, notes, checklists, and estimates, and snooze a task reminder for 15 minutes when now is not the right moment.

MADE FOR THE APPLE ECOSYSTEM
Use Pinwork on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Capture with Siri, Shortcuts, the Action Button, widgets, Share Sheet, Apple Pencil, or the Mac menu bar. Complete tasks from interactive widgets, find them with Spotlight, and use Focus Filters to keep the right list close.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Pinwork account. No behavioral tracking. Tasks are stored locally and can sync through your private iCloud database. Face ID or Touch ID can protect the app, and Lock Screen widget titles can be hidden.

ONE PLAN, ALL YOUR DEVICES
A monthly or yearly plan, or a lifetime purchase, unlocks Pinwork on all supported Apple devices using the same Apple Account.

Optional workflow tools include Inbox capture, Waiting For, Someday, Next Actions, and a guided weekly review. They are there when useful and stay out of the way when they are not.
