## What is Pinyin Scholar?

Pinyin Scholar helps you add pinyin to Chinese text quickly. Paste text, scan a page or photo, then view clear pinyin annotations, listen to the Chinese text aloud, copy details, and export the result for study, work, or reference.

The first release is offline-first: no account, no tracking, no ads, and no subscription. Annotation history and preferences stay on your device.
