But you are absolutely right. **Developer response:** It’s like leaving a bad review for a restaurant just because you have to pay for the food… 🤯 Most of the app’s functionality—tracking service time—is free. Even without servers, the app takes hundreds of hours to build and requires ongoing work: keeping up with iOS updates, fixing bugs, improving performance, and adding new features. The subscription helps support that continued development. The core functionality is completely free — the very small subscription only unlocks optional extra features. Thanks for sharing your perspective and for supporting independent developers. ### 5/5 — I love the planner! *2026-09-03* Great app, the planner is a game changer and you can select weekly plan so every Wednesday for instance and it will fill the whole service year.
