There were a few missing features but overall it did what was needed. This new update is horrendous. If it actually worked properly I think it would be incredibly useful. But it doesn’t. It slows my phone down sooo much and crashes randomly. For me the “cards” section doesn’t work anymore. I am unable to see any of my cards anymore. Every time I try to enter them it says “You are already able to use Pioneer Bank MN to manage this card”. So now of course I’ll have to call and try to get that sorted. I appreciate them trying to add more features but clearly this overhaul needed more testing before going live. Hopefully they get everything fixed promptly. Edit: Changing my review to 1 star. Very disappointed with customer service. Anyways I was finally able to get an answer after calling my bank in town. The answer was to just uninstall the app and reinstall. That did fix my issue with the “Cards” tab. Awesome. But still no push notifications. I waited for an update to hopefully fix it but of course… nothing! I submitted a request for help online and I did in fact get an answer this time. It read, “Hello, You will need to log into the Website and readd them there.” What? Why is there even an option for push notifications? And why weren’t users notified that this feature is not available even though the option is there? I know of course in the grand scheme of things these are not the worst issues ever but it’s incredibly frustrating. And I’ll say it again.
