## What is Pioneer Connect?

Pioneer Connect is the internal staff app for Pioneer Health and Pioneer Medical Group teams.

• Staff directory with photos, specialties, and one-tap contact download
• Campus pages with addresses, phone numbers, and quick links
• Announcements with read acknowledgment
• Emergency alerts delivered instantly to your phone
• Monthly quality reports, private to you and your leadership
• Expense receipt submission, volunteer sign-ups, and in-app support

Pioneer Connect is for Pioneer Health staff. A staff account is required to sign in.

• Search the directory by campus — type AHZ or a city name and see everyone based there
• Admins: send announcements to all Clinical or Administration staff, or to several campuses at once

Fixed critical issues causing the app to crash when users would try to load certain pages within the app. As well as quality of life changes being implemented

Fixed performance bugs that would cause the app to crash, as well as other visual issues within the app. Overall user experience and flow has been improved.
